Great open space with great set up and stocked kitchen (love the beer fridge). Plenty of room and having three full baths and an outdoor shower meant we were never waiting to clean up at end of beach day. Easy walk to beach in a friendly, quiet neighborhood.

Was up in York to celebrate a Wedding. The house was perfect for my family perfect location and perfect size for my family.
Only issue was could not find the fitted sheets for the California king. Not a big deal
family had a great time!

We visited Maine for a family wedding and had plenty of room for our growing immediate family. The downstairs was open concept, so we could all be together and have plenty of room at the same time. The 3 floor living space made it easy to spread out and give each family privacy as well as dedicated bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked and tidy with lots of various appliances. The road was quiet and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

This house was so perfect for our group. There were 12 of us that went away for girls weekend, and this house had more than enough room for everyone. The bathrooms were large which was helpful with getting ready to go out and the first floor being so open made everyone feel included no matter if you were cooking or hanging on the couch. The property was so very clean and had so many kitchen appliances. There was plenty of parking available and we had a fantastic weekend! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a large house with tons of space!

Awesome stay!
This house was so perfect for our group. There were 12 of us that went away for girls weekend, and this house had more than enough room for everyone. The bathrooms were large which was helpful with getting ready to go out and the first floor being so open made everyone feel included no matter if you were cooking or hanging on the couch. The property was so very clean and had so many kitchen appliances. There was plenty of parking available and we had a fantastic weekend! I wanted to express my disappointment with the heating situation when we got up to the rental during a snow storm. we arrived to no heat and had to spend our entire day chasing down who could fix it. They had to have a gas company fill the empty tanks, then still no heat, someone finally came at 11pm that night to resolve this.
We went away for 2 nights and spent the first resolving and worrying about the heat and freezing.

I wanted to express my disappointment with the heating situation when we got up to the rental during a snow storm. we arrived to no heat and had to spend our entire day chasing down who could fix it. The house is very well equipped with all you need to enjoy a great vacation whether you are hanging in or spending your time bumping up and down the shore. This place is close to everything. Perfect for multiple families as there are two floors of bedrooms with three full bathrooms between them. We will definitely be back!

Perfect York Family Getaway
Great accommodations for 10+, walking distance to Long and Short Sands Beaches, Nubble Light, and shops and restaurants. We had a great time! Highly recommend.

There was a closet with lots of games that kept all ages entertained. There was a small fenced in yard that was just perfect for us. The beach was a short walking distance from the home. I would highly recommend this house!

50th anniversary getaway for my parents

Beach Vacation
We were looking for a driving distance getaway and this fit the bill perfectly. The home was amazing, had everything we needed, and was walking distance to the beach. We would absolutely come back to this home again!

Perfect beach vacation home!!
Absolutely loved staying at Jeep’s Dream!! The house has a great layout. Plenty of room for everyone including our dog. Beautiful home with all the amenities you will need.. Perfect location! 5-10 min walk to Long Sands beach. Lori is terrific. She’s very nice and accommodating. We loved our vacation and look forward to coming back again next year!! Thanks so much Lori!!

Best Beach Vacation in a Beautifully Located Home
We had an awesome, relaxing vacation despite the Covid-19 pandemic. Long Sands Beach is beautiful. Our families were from Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. The home is magnificent and clean with many amenities. Anything we needed in the kitchen they had. The home is great for large families or friends to get together. We loved it and look forward to staying there again.

Just like home away from home
We finally found our Beach House! This place exceeded our expectations. There wasn't an item we needed that wasn't there for us. It's beautifully decorated and new and clean. The layout is perfect for the family to gather together but everyone had their own space to retreat to when desired. The walk to the beach and fun activities in town is very short. The kids had a blast and we all enjoyed our stay. A couple of rainy days were not a problem because the house was so comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A beautiful house to spend your vacation in!!
This is our second year renting Geep’s Dream House. We love it! The open floor plan of the first floor is perfect to gather the family for meals or to relax after a day spent at the beach. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and then some to enjoy your stay. We will be back next year!! This is a spacious house. It has ample sleeping room for our 3 full families. It is a short, easy walk to the beach even with 7 young kids. Each room has its own air conditioner and the kitchen is fantastic. We had a wonderful time!

Just bring your clothes and settle in. We were in town for a large family reunion and this house worked marvelously for us and the kids. Lori was AWESOME to work with from start to finish. I dreaded writing this review because I don't want the secret to be let out on how marvelous this place is!! I want to keep it all to myself.

Perfect!
Absolutely perfect, we had booked 3 nights here to host a intimate wedding with our friends and family, it was more then I imagined it to be this property was gorgeous inside and out the decor was amazing. We look forward to coming back!!

Awesome vacation house for the whole family!
We rented this property the week of July 30th - when we arrived we were very impressed with how clean the house was. The layout is perfect for large groups with a good size dining table and island/counter with stools - we were able to have everyone eat together and the dining table was perfect for card games. The house is perfect if you have a big group, we had 2 families and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms so that everyone had their own space. Lastly and most importantly, you can't beat the location. A quick 5 minute walk down the street to Long Sands Beach. We are looking forward to renting again next year.
