We got the family together for Thanksgiving here and really enjoyed this retreat, which backs up onto the Sandy river. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space in a very secluded location.

Clean and bright tastefully equipped getaway with plenty of comfortable sleeping for a large group but limited living / gathering / bathroom accommodations for a winter season stay. Perfect for our 4 adults not needing the bunk house. Bummed the wood stove was not for guest use but nice outdoor space for hanging by the fire pit. plenty of firewood. Be advised that WAZE does not direct you to the right location home is north side of river, not south side with navigation. Exceptional service from iTrips Northwest will guide you there. Driveway is long and rutty and the neighbors will not tolerate any party noise so very quiet. We’d rent again.

Nice home situated right on the Sandy River. The outdoor space was beautiful and there was plenty of room for our group. We got a little lost finding the place and had to ask for help from the neighbors, who weren't very friendly. We did have some issues during our stay. When we walked into the house we were hit with a very strong awful fish smell. The smell stayed ther duration of our 5 day stay. The fridge smelled like this too and it made the things we put in the fridge smell as well. The fridge/freezer didn't seem to be working properly as it was too warm and we ended up with spoiled food. Our ice cream was liquid after 24 hours of being in the freezer. There was a basketball court, tennis court, and community pool that was advertised but once we got to the location we were told these amenities are not at this location.

This cabin was perfect for our group of 10 friends for a weekend! Plenty of space for everyone - we especially loved the outdoor space and ability to walk down to the river. We will be back!

The property is beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space. Google takes you to the wrong side of the river and as you come down the driveway the whole neighborhood makes you feel very unwelcome with their signage. So the entry journey isn't great but once you're there, you won't be disappointed. Beautiful river scenery and a very secluded feeling.

We rented this home because it is close to Sandy where my daughter was getting married. It was perfect for us and my daughter and her bridesmaids. The extra bunkhouse is something right out of a magazine and fit them all perfectly. The home is located on the beautiful Sandy river. The house and the property offered everything we needed and the managing company were prompt at getting back to me.

This is a great place to stay that is exactly as advertised. It is very clean and an extremely beautiful property. My only constructive criticism is that I would love if the operators had a preferred service you could pay extra for to have a large quantity of firewood delivered to the house.

This was the perfect property to host friends and myself. The road getting there is a little long and the neighbors make it VERY clear they don’t want you there, but we followed the rules of the neighborhood and had zero issues. I would stay here again and again and I hope I can come back at some point.

The booking process was a breeze and communication with property management was A+. We had a point of contact as soon as our trip started and they took care of everything we needed, including sending a maintenance person to fix something that wasn't working properly. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, read carefully the email sent to you for address 😀 also there was a sign at entrance of neighborhood that was uninviting as some reviews mentioned. But don't let it scare you, we were respectful with quiet hours and drove at speed limit inside neighborhood. We didn't have issues. Property is located 15 minutes from a neighborhood grocery store and 20 min from Sandy City that had Safeway, restaurants, etc. It was perfect. House had all the amenities we needed and tub was working but slightly dirty maybe just needed a scheduled cleaning soon. River was 1 minute walk in the backyard for fishing. Didn't catch anything but was still fun. Bring your own fishing gear. If you have a big group like I did, the 2 restroom with 4 bedroom was a little bit inconvenient but we made it work amongst us. Just keep that in mind. And also one bedroom sleeps 6 (game room w shuffle board) is detached. Kids would've loved to stay there but no access to bathroom without going outside was not convenient. Other than that, great property and great management! Great location to Mt Hood too!

The house was very clean and fresh, with many beds and places to enjoy, inside and out. While it was fairly well stocked with basics, the place felt a little sterile. A few additions of some family games and books would be a nice addition. The location near Mt Hood and on the river was great!

Enjoyed a long holiday weekend here. Great for families! Outdoor area amazing, short walk down to beautiful rushing river. Was short a few items in-no replacement garbage bags and no soap/body wash in showers but that’s not a big issue. Great time!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars across the board is we were notified 15 minutes before we arrived at the cabin that the heating system was not working. The cleaning staff mentioned they were given this information a day earlier. The house was really cold upon arrival - it was snowing - but the space heaters they provided surprisingly kept the place perfectly warm. Besides that it was a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Id suggest figuring out a solution to guests dragging snow and pea gravel into the houses - we tried our hardest.

The house was perfect for our group of 15. There was plenty of towels, plates, silverware for our big group. A lot of times when I book for big groups there is a shortage of these things so we really appreciated that there was plenty. One thing that I wish was available was some basic seasonings in the kitchen like salt and pepper but luckily we brought some just in case! We loved all the amazing decor and beautiful backyard. The hot tub was one of the main reasons for booking and it was definitely a highlight! The host was super accommodating because I had asked for a later check out time last minute (so sorry) and they got back to me within the hour. I would without hesitation book again!
