We had a wonderful stay. Everything you need is here and Liz’s thoughtful little touches everywhere made us feel special. Would recommend and would return . Outside the condo we took a quick drive into Alabama for seafood, had a great burger and grouper sandwich at Jerry’s drive in and pizza delivery from Paul’s was all delicious- (and yes plenty of walks on the beach just steps from the condo to work it off). Wonderful vacation and family time was had by all (5 weeks to 86 years)

THIS IS A PERFECT RENTAL THAT IS JUST LIKE BEING AT HOME. THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS THE PERFECT ADDED TOUCH! WILL DEFINITELY WANT TO STAY HERE AGAIN! THIS OWNER IS KINDA LIKE CHICK-FIL-A AND SETS THE BAR HIGH FOR BEING A PERFECT HOST!

The condo was amazing, had a welcome basket with food for dinner and breakfast. The kitchen was very well appointed with lots of spices and different types of coffee. The view was great. Liz has thought of every detail. We will definitely be back 😁

This was absolutely the best condo we have stayed in. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The condo has everything you would need for a fun filled week at the beach. It’s very clean and well taken care of. Also the extra little touches for example shampoo, conditioner, soaps, sewing kits, extra charging cables if you forgot yours. The kitchen was fully stocked of dishes, silverware, glasses etc. Also they have ketchup, mustard, A1 etc. The condo owner is AMAZING she even asked if we needed groceries delivered before we arrived. She goes out of her way at to make sure you have a great vacation. Great property, great property owner can’t wait to go again!

This condo is right on the beach and has spectacular views from the expansive balcony. The condo is the most well-stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in - the owner has thought of it all. She was very quick to answer our questions and came immediately to address a problem with the fridge. Genuinely a lovely human who made our stay perfect. The condo is furnished well and had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and shops and restaurants. Additionally the condo was dog friendly and my pup thoroughly enjoyed. Great Wi-Fi and tv options, tons of games and books too. Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing host! Thought of everything from our first night to the last. Stocked pantry, kitchen, pool and beach supplies, games, toys, the list goes on. Slight challenge with Alexa for lights and TV. Beautiful ocean front view!

Liz is more than accommodating for her unit. She has plenty of extras like her welcome basket full of snacks, wine and other breakfast and dinner items.
Robes and slippers for each person. Everything you could possibly need for the beach. Chairs, toys, wagon and towels. To name a few. We have stayed here two years in a row. We love that our dogs get to come and they love the condo too. We will be back. It’s so peaceful and beautiful.

So relaxing and fun! The condo was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed and more. Liz was wonderful to work with and very attentive! The only thing that I think should be added would be some tables and chairs at the pool with umbrellas. Right now there are only lounge chairs which are nice but some of my family would have been more comfortable if there had been some shade options. Thanks for everything---we will be back!!

Very clean, pictures accurately reflect actual condo, best appointed kitchen anywhere we have stayed, beds and pillows very comfortable, balcony to die for have us planning our next trip there. The welcoming basket and pool toys provided was extra bonus. Liz is a wonderful host. Best trip ever!

This was by far the best condo my friends and I have stayed in (and we’ve stayed in several). Liz was awesome. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed at the condo. Very responsive! The condo was spotless and FULLY STOCKED. I have never ever been to a condo that had so many necessities, which is so nice when traveling. You won’t need a thing! Kitchen, bathrooms, Children items, and more completely stocked. This will be our new spot for our annual girls trip! Book it, you will not be disappointed whatsoever!

I booked this unit for my family of 6. I have stayed in over 50 condos along the Emerald Coast over the past couple of decades and can honestly say, I have NEVER stayed in a unit that was more equipped, more comfortable, and hosted by a more friendly person than this unit that Liz provides for her guests!
When I booked the unit, I knew it was somewhat stocked (seeing the pictures of the games and kids toys), but upon receiving the welcome email I was blown away!!! Once we arrived onsite, however, we were even more surprised by the welcome gift, the assortment of kitchen essentials that we always have to buy, and THE ACTIVITY CLOSET!!!
Did I mention, the activity closet? Trust me, You won't need to pack ANYTHING for the beach! Liz's closet provides it all!

We’ve stayed at several VRBO properties, and this one was by far the most welcoming. The property and condo were wonderful, the ocean view from this unit is amazing. But what set this property apart was all the extra efforts and attention to details. The host of this property goes above and beyond anything we expected or have experienced with other properties. We truly enjoyed our vacation here and highly recommend booking this property.

Thoughtful, creative touches were unexpected. Luxury with a Gulf Coast flair. Much larger than expected for less than a beachfront hotel. Breathtaking view from a large, private balcony. Owner is super - responded immediately to Qs. I'm retired Navy and know the area. Perfect location in a quiet, non-touristy area. Five minutes from great restaurants, Publix and Winn-Dixie; +-20 minutes to NAS Pensacola,10 minutes to Flora-Bama and Alabama line, and +-30 minutes to both Gulf Shores AND downtown Pensacola. We will be back!

The owner of this condo is wonderful! From the beautiful condo to the thoughtful basket, this property owner has put a lot of thought and effort into welcoming her guests! This resort is close to everything you need, yet secluded enough that the beaches are not crammed full of people! My family loved this place and hope to return next fall!

This condo is absolutely the best place we have ever stayed and Liz is the best host ever!! This condo was furnished with everything. We just had to bring clothes. We enjoyed this trip so much and can’t wait to come back. We even got to bring our doodle Lucy. Thanks again for sharing this awesome place.

Lot's of extras!
Loved the Condo. It was nicely decorated, clean and very spacious. We had access to toys for the grandchild and all of the beach accessories in the shed including chairs, wagons, umbrellas, games, rafts, floaties etc. They even left us a goodie basket and a meal to cook! Great place to stay. Unfortunately, there was lots of seaweed/algae in the water but this was not their fault. Indoor and outdoor pools were perfect.

A very nice condo on the 15th floor with a lot of amenities. Good seafood restaurants within 1 mile and Orange Beach, AL (and Big Mike's Steakhouse) within 40 minutes. We enjoyed our 1st time in Perdido Key and at the condo.
