We stayed for the NHS at KHP. Wonderful location, cute historic town, easy to get to the horse park! Really enjoyed our stay, would book again!

We enjoyed our stay. We dripped our son off at Midway University and stayed in Georgetown for the convenience and because we really like the area. The suite was very nice. Beds were super comfortable and living room was spacious and comfortable as well.

Nice apartment located within walking distance of restaurants band bars. Plenty of room for our group and had everything we needed.

We stayed here for the weekend to go to a festival in Lexington. Great weekend getaway. So many boutiques and restaurants right outside of here that had the nicest people.

One request would be having a mirror in the 2nd bedroom... with only 1 bathroom and 4 adults, it would have been nice to have a place outside of the bathroom to finish getting ready.

The apartment was just like the images online. Very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed for our stay. Great location. We walked to many of the restaurants and shops in the area. Really enjoyed the bakery right next door!

This is a very nice place to stay when visiting the Lexington area. It was nice to be within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This was a perfect place to stay and close to everything we wanted to do. We walked everywhere and people were very pleasant. The only hard part was the 10am departure time. We are used to 11 so getting up, getting breakfast, cleaned up for the day, pack and leave by 10 made it very much rushed. Overall it was a great place for what we were looking for.

Great place…we will be back! For those older, just be aware there are stairs. Be sure to visit the bakery next door.

I really can’t say enough about this property! Everything was just as described and the location is perfect! Being able to walk to restaurants after a long day of touring was wonderful! I mistakenly thought the remote needed batteries, and even though I texted and said no need, the property manager was there in minutes with new ones! Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area! So close to everything we wanted to see and we had the unexpected treat to the downtown horse event!

The location of the apartment is perfect. The furnishings are nice, comfy bed, plenty of linens. My only complaint is the shower curtain liner is dirty-and gross.

I was attending an event nearby, & this place looked lovely online. It was fabulous; even nicer in person. Wonderfully appointed, plenty of restaurants & shops downtown, & very quiet at night. The furniture & beds were all quite comfortable. Check-out requirements were very reasonable. A truly wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was exactly as advertised and close to everything. It was a perfect weekend getaway. We could walk to many wonderful restaurants, the farmer's market, ice cream and gelato, and all the donuts and bakeries one could want. There were also lots of shops for browsing and walking to and through the campus was easy for exercise. The place was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and closet space. Thank you, Roy!

So close to Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement, which is a must see if you care about horses.

Very clean and well cared for. There was just my wife and I, but plenty of room for another couple. We received all the information we needed ahead of time, so it made for a perfect short getaway

Awesome Experience
Quaint is exactly how I would describe this apartment. We stayed for 2 nights and loved every minute. From the furniture to the Kentucky decor, everything is absolutely beautiful. It was super clean and included all the amenities you need. Especially loved the “special touches” here and there like the chilled cheese tray ready to put your special cheeses on. Location, location, location speaks for itself - right in the heart of downtown Georgetown within walking distance of many lovely shops as well as many places to eat and/or just to have a couple drinks. We highly recommend this apartment and we guarantee you will also!
