Overall everything went off well without any issues. Please was nice and ready to use. Cleaning people could do a better job but over all I would say 4stars

We have stayed at NBP for years with and this was, by far, the worst rental property we’ve stayed in. The property management company clearly ignores this home. Despite the VRBO Listing marketing it as a 4 bed 4 bath with check in at 4, the details reveal only 3.5 bathrooms and a check in no earlier than 5 if you’re lucky. There were broken decorations on the floor, no TP in 2 of the bathrooms, no starter dish pods, TP, or hand soaps (in any bathrooms). The stairs leading to the top floor were filthy. Couches were overly warn and decorative pillows flat/useless for comfort. The most disturbing was the stained fabric on the king headboard (unsanitary) and the bed was rickety and squeaked when you toss and turn. They’re many more listings on NBP that are far more comfortable and clean. Keep looking and book elsewhere. NBP is an amazing place.

I am not one to write reviews or let alone a negative review but when you are ignored by the management company after paying for a trip that was in excess of $5k+ then it is a must. The house in general is pretty nice. It is fairly close to the pools and decorated nicely. However, you can tell the rentals are showing wear on this home. The walls are all scuffed up and you will find dirt in every corner. Here is a list of issues during our trip. 1) When we arrived the house was gross. I'm not sure if anyone took the time to clean. We have a pile of garbage all over the floor in the garage and smelled like vomit as soon as you walked in. I did report this to management and this did offer to come clean. However, at that point we had 10 people in the house with luggage and groceries everywhere and the last thing we wanted was a cleaning crew to come and move everything. We spent the first day cleaning everything. 2) The patio has never been cleaned. The chairs and table was covered with months worth of dust. I sent a video to management and they never responded (proof of text can be provided) 3) Then the cherry on top was when the smoke detector batteries died at 2:30am in the masterbedroom waking up the family and my 3 month old dughter. Now every 30 seconds for the remainder of the evening till the moment we left we had to listen to a chirp the entire time. I reported this to management and had zero response. Proof can be provided as well. When I went to retrun my keys I was told this is a maintence issues and they will follow up. OK, I'm checking out why am I dealing with maintence for you? At the end of the day the management company ruined my trip. I would not recomend staying here at all! I do apologize to the homeowner as I do not wish to leave a bad review but the management company did nothing to right these wrongs even after I sent a followup message asking for a response prior to leaving a review. Find a new management company!

This was my first time renting a house and I'm having mixed feelings about it. Unfortunately, we came when it was cold and had to experience no heat for a few hours, due to a thermostat issue. We had plans to BBQ but couldn't find the BBQ grill. The beds were rather uncomfortable (hard). We couldn't wash due to a bad smell coming from the washer and what looks like mildew in some areas. Other than that everything was to be expected.

The management company was really easy to get a hold of and when we needed assistance, they were quick to help. Constructive feedback: adding things like trash bags, digital clocks with charging ports, oven mitts, hand soap, Kleenex, vacuum to help keep up with crumbs. Minor things. We had a great week and highly recommend this property!
