The house was great. We definitely would book it again. There was plenty of room for the four of us and depending on your group room for twice that at least. Nice finishes. Great view. Better kitchen than most rentals.

Very convenient for my needs while visiting family. Beautiful home. Driveway a bit steep but no issues getting in and out. Fully stocked kitchen but a nice feature would be to include coffee or pods for the kuerig. Overall, would stay again.

Four of us used the house for a weekend of fishing on the White. The house was very comfortable. Everything seemed well maintained. The kitchen was better equipped than most rentals I’ve used in the past. There’s a great view of the lake. The outdoor spaces looked awesome unfortunately it was still a bit chilly to take advantage. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and comfortable home.. in a great, quiet neighborhood with a view of the lake. Would stay here again when we are back in the area. Something was wrong with the TV in the basement so I would suggest figuring that out.. the remote would only turn the tv on the turn up the volume but other than that everything was as described in the listing.

The house was very nice and accommodating. The only issue was the bathrooms had hair in them on the floor and tub. Reached out to the property manager who said they would come clean up while we were gone on day 1. Not sure if they ever came and cleaned or not, but the hair was still there my whole stay. Unfortunately, having to go through a third party for the rental is always a little more difficult than being able to talk to the owners. Other than that, great neighborhood and beautiful area.

This property was exactly what our group was looking for! The property is located in a quiet subdivision and centrally located for access to the White river for fishing. With four separate bedrooms, each had a private room. We will definitely rent this home again for our next trip

House was perfect for a family of 5. The room with bunk beds was a little small while the master was huge. Kitchen was well equipped and the basement bedroom was perfect size. Only negative was the washer stopped working our last night there but so many other positives. Owner had a gas and pellet grill available which was awesome for cooking out a few nights. Overall great house and we loved the location.

Tiny ants in the kitchen and living room
There were tiny ants in the kitchen and living room. The first night they got in to
Snacks on the counter. We made sure everything was stored in refrigerator after that. Even in the living room you found them on you on the couch from time to
Time. The central air quit working but they took care of it and called a repair man that came out at 11 pm to fix it. The outside temperatures were upper 90s- 100
We loved the place other than that. Close to the lake, peaceful, and would stay again.

Was a week full of playing golf and trout fishing and memories made to last a lifetime. Home is extremely welcoming and exceeded our expectations!! Will definitely be booking here again.

396 Lake Dr
I took my family for a quick getaway and this home was perfect. We had five people in our, group and we had plenty of room to spread out!! This home had so much to offer, and we were there for such a short time and did not get to use it to its fullest. There is a large front porch, deck plus a screened in porch! We decided to come one night early and the Evolve team and Host worked it out so we could. I will be renting this home in the future for sure.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It was very clean, had a laid back, comfortable feel, and had plenty of space for our whole family. We loved the “treehouse-like” covered patio and enjoyed watching the sunset over the lake in the evenings and drinking coffee here in the mornings. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and it was easy to get into the house with the keypad on the front door. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and clean!
Location was perfect and the home was very clean and well appointed. Surprised my wife with a quick getaway and we had so much fun exploring the lake and river.
Already planning our visit in the summer with our kids as the house is spacious and just minutes from Gaston’s, the river and several boat launches.
Even though it was chilly on our visit, we sat in the gazebo and enjoyed the lake views. Thank you for the memories. We will be back!
