Never sure what you will find when staying at a rental but this was a pleasant surprise and took care of basic needs. Location is fantastic if a little loud being a bustling street but pretty calm. Unbelievably delicious Israeli cafe next door, K’Far or coffee shop, La Colombe a short walk. We parked in a garage at 1919 Market St. since street parking was impossible. We even walked to Planet Fitness on Market St to get a day pass and get our workout in too. Cool bar, GOAT around the corner.

Great place for the price, just the bed was a little in comfortable, but would stay again.

Would do again definitely if we where in the area again

Great location to get to all the must see places in Philly. Easy access to the room. Clean apartment. I gave only 4 star because of a few reasons: no hand towel for the bathroom and no bathroom rug to stand on coming out of the shower. I can’t comment on kitchen items as we didn’t use anything that in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable.

Great location! Easy to walk to Drexel U, and plenty to see and do in the area. Clean and comfortable. Only downsides— the blinds do not work (would be nice to get a little more sunlight. Some problems with the toilet flush- but able to make it work for two days… Nice place to stay for a quick trip to Philly.

I love this property and will definitely stay again. Prime location with a quaint apartment. New appliances. There are several steps to get into the unit, but the stairway is spacious and very well lit. Please note the art gallery is no longer there, but the unit is still easy to find. Thank you!

The property was clean and very serviceable, as promised in the advertisement. The location was unbeatable - just a block from Rittenhouse Square and within walking distance to many other of Philly's sightseeing areas of interest. The residence was mostly quiet, and very convenient, as there was a CVS and Target right next door / across the street. This was helpful, as the property, while perfectly acceptable, left us needing a few things (paper towels/napkins, hand soap). We also could have used a 3rd towel (or bathmat) - but we made the best of it. The property also had a W/D if necessary - we used it to freshen the towels and our clothing. The only drawback was that there was seemingly always a noise coming from the Utility closet, even if the HVAC was off. Nothing to ruin a weekend, just a stray observation. Would stay again!

The bus and metro lines to the historic district are within walking distance. This apartment was a major factor in my having a great vacation in Philadelphia.

The apartment is really spacious with all the comforts of home: WIFI, secure entrance, fully equipped kitchen area, large TV, nice bathroom, washer/dryer, spare linens, etc... There are a Target and CVS within 100 feet. The area is active, but not too noisy. The bus connection to the historic district is a 2-block walk. Great Location!! Only drawbacks, that were easily overcome, were early check-in was not possible and the remote-controlled window shades did not operate. Oh well, I survived. This apartment was a great factor in making my stay in Philly excellent. Thanks to Alex, and all the support staff.

The room had not been vacuumed. It is listed as having futons to sleep 2. Not accurate at all. There was no way to sleep on them once you opened them. There was no hand soap. There was one blanket. The absolute worst part was the fact that there was no heat. It was in the 30s the night we stayed. After alerting the property manager a maintenance person came out and confirmed it could not be fixed that night. The property manager emailed at 10 PM that he would try to have someone come out to fix it but that did not happen. To add insult to injury it took me 12 days to get resolution in the form of a refund after daily calls and emails. And it was only received after talking with someone other than my initial contact. I use VRBO frequently and this by far was the worse experience I have ever had. The time and effort I had to exert to simply get a refund was completely unacceptable. There’s so much more to say but I really just want to prevent others from having to go through what I went through.

The apartment was dirty when I got in. Stained sheets and towels. Told I could stay in another apartment the first night as it was so late but that room too was dirty. Thankfully cleaners were able to come the next day, but still not a pleasant experience. Also the shades were broken and hand soap dispenser empty.

I had an amazing stay. Beautiful apartment quiet and everything you need is right in the apartment. The manager was attentive and responds quickly. The stay was close to everything and since I love to walk everything was walking distance. All the great scenery and museums were less than a 3 mile distance.
