Peaceful and quiet location. Cute home, perfect for a little get-away. Owners have great communication and the property comes exactly how its listed. Close to restaurants, stores and beaches. Great experience!

I cannot say enough about how great our stay was at this house ! The pool was fantastic, the outdoor area was adorable and the layout of the house perfectly fit our family! We regularly vacation in Florida and I thought not staying at a beach front expensive condo would make the vacation less exciting but it was absolutely the opposite. This was the most relaxing but most fun vacation we’ve had in Florida. There is everything in the kitchen you would need for dinners in but close enough to many restaurants for quick dinners out. I personally liked all of the extra special touches (to me) that I didn’t expect such as enough pool tubes and rafts for the whole family, baskets for dirty clothes in every room (instead of us using garbage bags) , tons of beach toys, beach umbrella and large beach mat and many more ! Absolutely the only place we will be staying going forward and we cant wait to come back . The owners are very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.

Very nice property. Very clean and everything in working order. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Rented bikes at Trail Sport bikes to explore the neighborhood and the amazing Lake Seminole Park only a few blocks away. Very comfortable stay with no issues. Hosts were great to deal with.

This house and property was perfect for us! So clean, with everything we needed! Kristy was helpful and very responsive. The pool, hot tub and outside areas were wonderful! I would stay here again for sure and have already recommended to others. Thank you!

Everything was very clean and kitchen had great options for dishes and small appliances. We grilled everyday and enjoyed the outdoor tv and table area. The pool and hot tub were great features and temps were perfect. Owner provided a great guide, be sure to read it when you arrive and it will answer most questions and explain things you need to know. Only additions I would add would be beach chairs, umbrella and extra beach towels. The mat and sand toys were great. We hope to stay again. Owner was great to communicate with and we were very pleased with the property.

2nd year renting this house and it was wonderful again.. 8 adults. Because of the warmer weather for February The pool and spa was used quite often! The house was well stocked with necessities .. close to many beaches. activities, restaurants and shopping. Relaxing and well deserved vacation.. would stay again.. Our family had a wonderful time staying here! Kristy was quick to respond to messages and questions during our stay. The house was comfortable, clean, and centrally located between beaches and attractions, with easy access to groceries and other conveniences. It was the perfect size for our group of four adults and two kids. Our kids (ages 6 and 3) had a blast swimming in the pool every day, and the pool and beach toys were a great addition. We would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect, very nicely set up and clean when we arrived. Pool was great, spa heated quickly. Property is close to many restaurants and to both Clearwater beach and/or St. Pete Beach.

Out family of 5 stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed the place. The house was clean and the descriprion was accurate. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we may have had. Lastly, we appreicate their flexibility to accomodate our early check-in and late checkout.

Awesome property. Quaint but had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked. Laundry on premises and detergent there!!! We traveled in January with our family. Purchased the heat surcharge which was definitely worth it. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm.

Great spot for a small family to relax, it has everything one would need, well supplied and cared for. The communication was great, unfortunately upon arrival we found the heat pump for the pool and hot tub was broken and we had just driven 30 hrs for these ammenities. The owners were compassionate and felt bad but were unable to get a company to fix it for us so they refunded some of our money and assisted in finding another property. It was difficult as we had unpacked and were relaxing so to pack all over again including groceries etc. was extremely upsetting. The place otherwise is great, the owners seem like great folks.

House nice but 90% of reason we chose it was for hot tub and heated pool which were unusable our entire stay because the heater was broken. If those features worked, would have given it a much higher rating. We did get about a 20% discount due to the issue but would have chosen a different place if we’d known ahead of time

The host was very kind to allow an extra person to join our group of sisters coming together to celebrate a milestone birthday. We found the house to be very comfortable . All amenities were perfect. The property is a short distance from the beach and we enjoyed exploring the area as well as some fun restaurants.

The house was easy to find not alot traffic around. Nice neighborhood the is. It was clean and have alot of room for a big family to sleep

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The pool/hot tub and tv on the back porch made for a fun and relaxing time every evening after going to the beach. Home is definitely kept clean and had plenty of linens. We look forward to booking this house again next time we come down. Thank you for letting us enjoy it!

This property was more than what we expected. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Two adults and two kids 3 & 1.5! The pool was amazing. They had everything we needed and more. The beach was super close along with food options. We asked for a early check in due to traveling times with our toddlers and they were so generous and allowed us to check in early which helped us so much! This was by far our favorite vacation and the house played a huge part in that! We loved it!!

My family enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the outdoor TV. The neighborhood was quiet. We had a good experience.

I cannot say enough positive for this place. The ac when you walk in was so refreshing, the place was decorated so cute and updated, and I felt I could walk barefoot comfortably on the floors. (I get squeamish in some places). The place is clean. The kitchen is stocked. Close to stores, and quick delivery from instacart and doordash. Master closet has everything you forgot! I kinda liked the laundry in the outdoor access room- it was completely safe and covered- did laundry during a rainstorm no problem. The reviews were mostly accurate, but unfair sometimes- like leaves in a pool happen- its part of having a pool-stay, and its florida living to put cars under trees for shade sometimes. The pool was clean and really amazing actually. Such a great oasis - and private! The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors were friendly. 15 minutes tops to Madiera Beach public parking $3 per hour. The tvs have guest mode and access through Roku. Had fun watching movies in the evening and night swimming. And lastly, Kristy sincerely cared about our comfort and safety. Very responsive and sweet. One-of-a-kind hostess. Our original plan was to meet up with family, but the family caught COVID prior to arrival and we flew solo all week! We thought it would be a bust, but we now have fond memories of a great week. Thanks again Kristy. ☺️💕💕

This was a nice vacation house with an in ground pool and hot tub. The patio area was great for chilling, swimming, grilling, and sun. A little less than half an hour drive to St. Pete Beach. The kitchen was very nice which helped us save money eating in. Owners' communications were very quick and helpful. Great recommendation for a family with younger kids. Space and privacy for all.

We had a blast. Thank God for the pool!!. The house was perfect and when weren't out enjoying the many places to go, we enjoyed relaxing on the patio and enjoying the pool.
