Our stay here was lovely. We had issues with getting in initially and due to our late arrival had to call the emergency line. Astrid was very helpful and made sure we were good to go for the evening. The listing asks that you report any issues within a hour of check-in. Because it was late I took pictures (just wear and tear issues but it was more for cya purposes) and sent an email with any concerns. Debra responded quickly the next morning. She offered to come out and replace a lightbulb however I told her this could be done upon our checkout. Later in the week we did have an issue with accessing the condo. Again I called Astrid (it was Thanksgiving day) on the emergency line and she was able to get a condo manager over to replace batteries so that the door would open. Unfortunately it took 45min to correct. After calling the first day with the door issue I feel they should have sent someone to check it out before that happened.
The unit was spacious and very clean. One thing is most of the light switches aren’t connected to actual lights. And lighting in the bedroom during the evening is poor. The front loading washer and dryer were wonderful! We were supplied with 2 laundry pods, soap at all sinks, dishwasher pods, and dish soap as stated in the add. The water park passes were nice to have as well! Location was convenient to the beach and restaurants. It is not walking distance to Clearwater Beach. We would definitely go back!!

We loved our stay here!! Our family of 6 was very comfortable and we had an amazing time at this beautiful beach location. We had everything we needed for a day at the beach which was a very short walk away.

Property was lovely with views of the ocean and the intercoastal. Close walking distance to many restaurants and a gorgeous beach. The pool next door was fantastic fun even for adults.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our spring break. We are locals but wanted to get away with the kids for a few days and this placed was great. Condo was very clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach and the water park was ideal for kids! Parking is kinda chaotic if you arrive on a weekend but not a deal breaker. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. We are looking forward to returning!

Our family took a quick trip to Florida. It was too cold to use the water park but good location, nice views. Place was nice, clean, and near the ocean and lots of restaurants.

We stayed here and loved everything about this place. Location was perfect, waterpark was awesome! The condo was exactly what we needed. Loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family of 5 and the balcony was perfect!! We will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed staying in the unit, although the living room furniture was not very comfortable. The highlights of our stay were watching the Christmas boat parade from our private balcony and our time at Splash Harbor, which was included with the room.

Extremely well appointed and clean property. One of the best short term rentals we've stayed in, completely recommend. Great location for all ages with onsite waterpark and across the street from the beach.

Loved the little neighborhood, the beach was quiet, it's close to Clearwater Beach if you wanted to pop over there for a night or two. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. Would love to come back!

We have stayed in many beach condos in Florida over the years and this was a really wonderful place to stay. It was clean and well equipped. It was an easy 4 minute walk to the beach. We had 4 children with us and they had a wonderful time. The water park was absolutely fantastic for our kids (2, 5, 7 and 11). The balcony had a great view. One elevator was out of order in the building but the other one was functional so it worked out fine. The host was very responsive. We would definitely return to this condo - wonderful experience.

I loved staying at this condo for the wknd, very clean and has nice decor. We enjoyed the water park for free! Everything was very clean and beautiful. Beds are comfy, but I will give a heads up… the new beds are bulky on the bottom end part and you WILL hurt your toes, feet and or legs :( we all kept doing it so I finally taped hand towels around the corners on bottom of the bed so we would stop hurting ourselves. I think it was just bc we weren’t used to the layout and that kind of bed end. No big deal, and I’m still giving five stars, but definitely want to give a heads up about that ;) I will return! Fabulous porch views over the water too!

Everything was exactly as listed. Location is perfect, once we parked our car we did not drive the rest of our stay. Condo was perfect, balcony was amazing, apartment is on the 5th floor which has a roof top balcony for a sizing sunset, relax time with live music. Can’t want to go back again. We have a 14 year old and 3 year old and so much for both of them to do, perfect for literally all ages.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for our family vacation from start to end! The property was very easy to check in, spacious, clean, a great view, close to the beach with a variety of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the Indian Rocks Beach area. Thank you!

Great Condo on Intercoastal
Beautiful views, spacious rooms and bathrooms with walk-in shower and entire building is ADA accessible with elevator etc. My family visiting from Great Britain really enjoyed their stay! Thank you!

The property was lovely with views of the intercoastal as well as a glimpse of the gulf.
My grandchildren enjoyed the waterpark and pool. Close walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. The check in process with the property company was stressful for me. They made it seem like the problems that were in the unit before me were all my responsibility to re-report. I would hope someone from the rental company would come over after each occupant and check it themselves. Once we had the check in process completed we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Wonderful get-a-way
The property was beautiful. Situated at the end of the building so we could enjoy the peaceful view of the intercoastal. Balcony was large, beds were comfortable, sheets were soft, bathrooms were clean. Highly recommend this property.

The Indian Rocks Beach area offers so much to do. The condo is beautiful and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The water park is very nice especially for families with smaller children and teenagers. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

This place was beautiful and in a great location! Plenty of room for everyone! Only negative is there’s no “leftover” necessities like salt and pepper. Otherwise it’s a fantastic place to stay. The weather was not great so we didn’t get to utilize the pool. It also said in the welcome book the pool is open until 10 but it closes at 6 (I’m guessing winter hours)
