Overall, a comfortable spot. Grounds are nice, bed is comfy. Storage is minimal- a series of hooks on the wall at the foot of the bed would help enormously. The kitchen is well equipped, but the appliances are distasteful - rusty, greasy and old. There is literally no counter space. You can heat up something in the oven, but cooking is not feasible

Don’t stay here!! The cottage experience was a nightmare!
Pictures were deceiving. Place was dirty and had a bad odor! Mildew around windows and baseboard. Stove was too dirty to use! Checking in was a nightmare! Overall the worst place we ever stayed at!

Owner Beth was very hands on & promptly accommodated me from the initial questions prior to arrival, a late night request for assistance on Day 1 & my post-visit inquiries. This made for a carefree stay & was just what I required.
The cottage was clean & comfy (especially the mattress!) & the accoutrements more than generous. The welcome bag of complimentary gifts, along with toiletries in bathroom, were unexpected but welcome.
The front porch chairs & the table & chairs out back ensured the success of the dinner I prepared for my Mom who lives nearby!
Rules regarding use of the available bicycles could be more clear in rental agreement & I will pursue should I return.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager (Beth) and maintenance guy (Steve) were very helpful and responsive. Toiletries were provided, and plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Met great people in the other units and shared stories around the fire pit. Very close to Nokomis Beach.

Great place to stay.
We enjoyed our time at Snowy Egret. It was convenient to the places we wanted to see. The pet friendly atmosphere was welcomed so our little dog could accompany us. Bob D.

A super place to be everything you need is there I was amazed about the layout how everything looks
This was a really good experience for me Beth met me at the driveway gave me a tour of the area introduce the handyman to me, it was an amazing layout all you need is there all you have to do is show up, everything you need is there from cooking spices toiletries pots pans blenders all you have to do is bring food less than a half hour to beautiful beach a private backyard wooden table a wonderful fire pit under the trees on a dead-end road so no through traffic, located close to everything, a truly good experience I will go there again
