Excellent location, friendly hosts. Victoria Studios was a treat. Simple room with everything we needed. A balcony to have breakfast overlooking the beautifully kept pool and enjoy a late nightcap stargazing which was quite magical! Free bikes, spotlessly clean with pool towels and toiletries.

Marina and Kostas are super friendly hosts and make you feel at home. Their house is beautiful and very well located, it's easy access to the port and the city.

Everything was PERFECT and very well maintained We stayed for 6 days and it was the best time/period to visit the island as it was not crowded and it had the best weather -The hotel is just a walking distance from the main port, restaurants, bars and beach -The owners were very kind and friendly, they gave us a bottle of cold water when we arrived and they also let us leave our things at the reception and swim in the pool even after check out -The room was big and always clean, the bed was very comfortable, they gave us fresh towels and changed the mat in the bathroom everyday - There is a small kitchen with all the kitchenware you need: toaster, boiling kettle, pots, fridge and stove so we were able to store and cook our meals -There is also a rooftop where we could just relax -We rented a motor and they let us park it behind the property -The pool was very clean, they even have an outdoor shower, WC and changing room We relaxed, we had an amazing time, we loved it and we would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends who visit Spetses!

Great location and beautiful terrace! The room had everything we needed and I loved that the windows opened fully. They also offered bikes for free which was a treat.

Maybe a couple more things in the cupboard like a sieve/strainer but we got by and made some delicious food!

The hosts were lovely, extremely accomodating. We borrowed some bikes which was a great way to see the Island. It is an ideal location to explore Spetses. We felt very welcomed.

The AC is very loud and a bit old.
