Easy access to get to the house that offers 4 privated bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dinning room, two bathrooms, terrace, large parking lot secured, large swimming pool with next door rooffed-grill, suntan chairs and surrounded by beautiful mountains and rivers near by.
The House can be rented entirily, the two floors so there will be 4 bedrooms in total with 2 bathrooms, or it can be rented just the first floor which has 3 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, dinning room and terrace. The house has beatifull gardens, a big parking area, large pool with a convenient Ranchito for your BBQ. There are several attractions close from the House; Los Campesinos Nature Reserve, Tocori Reserve, Las Esquipulas Birdwatching, Los Cotos River, Naranjo River, all of them just a few minutes by car.
We recommend that you bring a vehicule to the House for transportation.
The Countryside House has maintainance staff that goes to the house every day to do maitanance, cleaning the swimming pool and the gardens daily.

Great location/price
Saw the listing when we had a last minute change. It fit our needs, although some slight hiccups in the beginning, everything worked out well. Some listing options didnt match, but it all worked out in the end. Place was nice and clean and safe. The property manager was in contact the whole time and spoke English so there wasn't a language barrier.
