The apartment was at a perfect location -- central to everything and a short walk to the city center's walking streets. The place itself was beautiful and the management responded immediately to text. They were so incredibly helpful! The only drawback was the club downstairs. We stayed over a weekend so with the windows open, the voices outside would wake us up (we were on the 2nd floor). But it was a small inconvenience considering the location. The price was also reasonable considering hotel stays were about the same during the height of tourist season. Amenities were perfect and between the kitchen, living room and dining area - the ability to congregate as a family is precisely why we prefer apartment rentals. We also appreciate the fact that there wasn't a long list of rules from the management company - just the usual - and this made us feel even more welcomed. We stayed in other rentals which had so many rules written everywhere it felt very uncomfortable to stay. This management was incredible! I would highly recommend it and would stay here again!

The apartment is perfectly located for walking every where. The security is great. The apartment itself is huge!! The only drawback was the noise level. The description says the apartment is soundproof-which it is not! We could hear the neighbors above walking around and the club below is open on the weekends from 10PM-5AM and there was no way to drown out the thumping music. We could feel the vibrations in our beds! Garbage and vomit was strewn in front of the apartment each weekend morning.

We were in a big 2 bedroom where the smaller bedroom had an en-suite powder room, and the big bathroom was in the hallway. But that was fine with us and the kitchen was huge. Overall it was Airy and lovely.

Overall a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city. It is close to the train station, the metro, Tivoli Gardens, restaurants and shopping. We splurged for the extra half bath and I thought that was well worth it with four people. The family room is big with a pretty comfy couch and a tv that worked. Beds were ok. Some things to note, on the weekend the club around the corner was playing music until the middle of the night. Also, since there is no air conditioning we had the windows open and you can hear the noise from the front street and the back ally section at all times. We ended up with a really hot week in June so we had to open the windows to get air and so the noise is never ending. The front bedroom had it worse and one of my kids had a hard time sleeping as a result. The apartment did provide ear plugs and two fans. The pizza restaurant below the windows was pretty good if you need a quick and easy dinner. The property management was good - they made it easy to check in, love using the access code so no keys to manage and they offered to do a mid week cleaning. They provided new towels when I asked and did offer to help many times. The Tour de France was starting the day before we left. So that did make getting to the airport a bit tricky. If we had known that we could have left a day earlier. I did wish the property management had let us know about that in advance. Everything worked - the microwave, the dishwasher, the frig etc. The kitchen stuff was adequate. Plenty of table space and places to sit. It was nice, I would go back in a cooler month.
