Absolutely beautiful! Just got back from a long weekend stay with family and friends. The house is more spacious than the pictures reflect. Master bedroom has a wonderful mattress. Plenty of space in the bedroom, bath and closet. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed, and the island and shelving rack provided extra space.
The downstairs was perfect for our kids. It has a surround sound system that was great for their music and dancing.
Outside is the gas firepit. We used it for s'mores a couple of nights. Seating was great.
The dock was wonderful! We used everything the owner graciously provided. It has a very large lily pad, 2 kayaks, 2 stand up boards and several floats. The water is deep which was perfect for jumping off the dock.
10 of us went and not one single complaint. It had everything we were looking for in a lake house rental and plenty of things that entertained the kids.
One more note....it was exceptionally clean!! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a group of young adults and their parents stay here for a long weekend. Everything was clean and we had a great time. Tim was very accessible via text and helpful, when needed.

Our family loved Smith Lake! The house was in a great location and the Lily Pad and Kayaks were enjoyed by all! Tim was very helpful and quick to respond.

Lovely home. Everyone was wishing they could live there! The only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to turn on the outdoor string lights. Fabulous stay.

Great vacation house—very peaceful and beautiful setting. We loved having the kayaks. The house was also very comfortably furnished with plenty of space and bedrooms for us to sleep comfortably.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The use of space is great. It has a very nice view of the lake and the Lilly pad and kayaks are great for just hanging in the water. We rented a boat and the location to the marina is very convenient. We also loved how close it was to the interstate compared to other parts of the lake. Time was also very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend.

Great house
We had a great stay! I would say this house is more suited for single families and not 2 sets of adults. The master suite is wonderful but the other rooms were much smaller and not really close to bathroom. Not ideal for two families!

This is an premium property, and it is everything it is advertised to be. The house is gorgeous with lots of room to move, sleep, eat, converse, relax. Boat dock is safe and clean, easy to use. The beds are comfortable and we slept so well! Deck seating on both levels looks onto the lake and the breezes kept us very comfortable. Dining on the deck capped the experience.

Beautiful view, beautiful home, what a great experience spending time soaking in God's beautiful creation in Alabama. I would highly recommend staying there. Tim was helping and on top of everything we needed and any questions we had.

Great location and we are looking forward to coming back!!! We were there for a bass master high school open tournament and this house was big enough for all 10 of us plenty of room!!! Great people to rent from it was a great experience!!!
