Very nice rental! Beautiful view of the river from livingroom! The person that reviewed this place before our review has described it exactly as it is. It is on a dead end street right below Hwy 19, so there is traffic noise, but we were always on the go during the day and at night inside the apartment the traffic noise is muffled and not bothersome. We slept well. We stayed here 6 weeks and the place had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, quality dishes, pots/ pans, internet service, surround sound for TV watching, excellent location proximity to New Port Richey, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, and Tampa! Enjoyed our walks around the river in a nice neighborhood! Joy, manager/owner?, was pleasant and very attentive to our needs. If ever in this area again, we definitely would stay here again! We LOVED it! Thank you Joy for everything you did to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable!!

This property is part of a triplex. The rental has a kitchen with eat in area, a good-sized bedroom, and a lovely living room with a view of the water. There is dedicated covered parking. The house was incredibly clean with obvious thoughtful touches to show you how clean it was (clean bathroom rugs folded up, new papertowels, sheets in vacuumed bags). Not a speck of dirt. The bed was comfortable, and the furniture seemed new. The TV was great for watching movies. The kitchen was well equipped. A bright, motion sensor light was outside the door so night entry was easy and safe. The backyard is shared but you can sit outside and watch the boats go by or fish from the dock. Excellent restaurants are nearby. This was one of the best rentals I have ever seen. We had a wonderful week-plus stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and thought it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We had tickets for the Florida Orchestra in Tampa and it was just over an hour to get there. We fished the rest of the weekend and this was the perfect place to do that. We were able to put our boat in 5 min away and tie up our boat right on the dock in the backyard. The view is amazing and there’s good fishing right there at the bridge. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We had no complaints at all. The property manager, Johnny, was very nice and accommodating. He gave us some recommendations for bait, fishing and local restaurants. We will definitely stay here if we’re ever headed that way again.

The bed and bedding are unbelievably luxurious and comfortable. The property owner is very accessible and extremely friendly. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back. One possible issue for some people, but not for us, is that this is quite close to Highway 19. If traffic sound bothers you, you may want to take that into consideration. It didn't bother us at all. We relaxed and slept like we were at a five star resort. This is a very nice property. I highly recommend.

Johnny is awesome
We moved from Rochester ny to Florida and rented this place for a week Johnny is the nicest guy I have met here in Florida so far and the man next door is very nice as well and the view is great
