Great condo with a great view and an awesome location. You are within walking distance of downtown Ouray. Telluride, Ridgeway, and the Million Dollar Highway are in easy driving distance.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There is lots of room to spread out and it’s in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and condo. Central to everything in Ouray and you can walk anywhere you need to go within the city. Private parking so it was easy to park since it’s in the same lot as the hot springs and fitness center. Sarah answered all questions we had and gave us a list of things to do with our kids. Can’t wait to come back.

The townhouse is well appointed which is nice, but the location is not the quite relaxing small town, mountain experience we were expecting. The front door opens to a large parking lot for the visitors center, hiking trails, hot springs and park. It is nice they are close, but they are very popular so the parking lot is very busy. The back of the townhouse is feet away from highway 550 which is the main road through town.
If you want everything close by then this is a great location. If you want quite and to be able to sit on the deck to read a book and enjoy mountain views than this is not a good location for you.
The house is nice, I just hope this helps you when selecting where you want to spend your vacation so you understand the total picture.

Easy access, great communication with host, clean, stocked with everything we needed, comfy beds, location is walk across the parking lot to hot springs and very easy walk to town. Enjoyed our stay!

Sarah is a great host and their home is wonderful and welcoming. It's in a perfect location close to everything you could ask for! Close to the waterpark and a few minute walk from town with Amazing views of the mountains. Can't wait to go back :)

Great Stay in Ouray
We had a wonderful stay in Ouray. The property is in an amazing location close to everything. Enjoy the hot springs! They are right across the parking lot. Trail access is also right around the corner. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Hope to stay again in the future.

Great communication with Sarah
The condo was stocked with everything you might need on a vacation. Instructions were posted around the condo and were helpful. The view from the top floor bedroom window was so beautiful especially at night to see the stars. Easy walk to town and hot springs basically in your backyard. Kids loved the game room with darts, ping pong and football. The washer dryer was a real plus. We would definitely stay there again.
