I was so impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail here! I like to cook instead of eating out on long stays and the kitchen was fully stocked! There was wood left for the fire pit, and charcoal and extra propane for the grills, the host even reached out before hand to let me know about the lake being low at the time. There were fishing poles, and lake toys and the place was so peaceful and adorable! Would stay here again, and hope to!

Had the most relaxing anniversary weekend!
This property has great water views and was beautifully decorated. The host had absolutely anything you could need.

Terra was so communicative and kind from the start. She knew we were really excited about using the dock with our kids, and let us know in advance that the lake was down so we could make other arrangements. We still wanted to stay at her home and are so glad we did. (A note: we still hoofed it up the rocks and the steps but it can get tiring with a 25 lb chunky baby, so plan accordingly if that’s also your situation. Ha!) Her home was stocked with thoughtful touches- lots of games, a cooler, pool noodles to use on the lake, a wet bag- she went above and beyond! The home is super cozy and clean. She had extra linens stocked and was replied quickly when we had questions. We are already looking forward to a trip back!

This was a great last minute get away. The home was so clean and offered everything we needed but couldn’t carry in the plane.
The host was fantastic. Always responded within minutes of my questions.

We had an incredible time on our honeymoon stay! The house was by far, the most well stocked home we’ve rented. We cooked all of our meals and had everything we needed right there. The hot tub was incredibly relaxing while taking in the gorgeous views. We were also able to launch our boat at the Burnside Marina and dock it right at the house. So convenient! We will most definitely try to come back next summer.

I absolutely loved this home on the water. Five of my friends and I had stayed her comfortably. I loved the hot tub and being so close to the lake. This was my first time staying at a place like this and I will definitely do it again. Terra was quick to respond to my 1000 questions. Sorry about that. Next time it will be 999. Overall great experience!!

We had a great time staying at this VRBO. It was clean, easy to get into, well stocked with a great deck/hot tub area. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The dock and stairs are well made, but there are a lot of steps!

Very clean, well equipped with all the essentials and more. Plenty of space for the whole family. It was only me and the wife but could have taken kids/friends no problem. Ample space inside and out. The stairs to the dock are not for the faint of heart but doable. Just plan your trips to the dock you will not want to go up and down multiple times. Will definitely be back.

So clean. So roomy. Everything you want in a getaway stay on Cumberland. Fantastic communication. There are games, and sunscreen and so much more that were unexpected but so appreciated. We had such a great time staying here. Close enough to Somerset for shopping and eating out if you want. (Try Sonny’s BBQ and the Mellow Mushroom for sure). Will definitely come and stay here again.

The property was everything the advert said it was. The area is quiet but also just 10 minutes from whatever you'd need. Highly recommend for families.

Nice little lake house with a beautiful view. The house was set up very nicely and stocked with all the necessities needed to just enjoy your time. Terra was very responsive to all our questions and available when needed. Definitely plan on going back in the future.

Awesome house with great character, super clean and well thought out. It was clear good people own this home. Could use blinds at least on the side with neighbors with clear view into living space. Access to river is a treacherous set of stairs (lots of them) with no access to river via dock. This is fine but was not expected, overall great experience.

Property description matched expectations. The manager quickly responed to all our request. Very clean and looks to be many recent upgrades. All the decks are in good shape. Kitchen has most everything you need to cook for 6 adults and its great to have a washer/dryer. The dock space is adequate for a 20ft boat but rocks quite a bit in the boat traffic. We counted 155 steps (give or take) including several landings to pause for a breath or take in the view. No complaints from our family. We loved the step challenge. We had a great family vacation with our 20-something year old kids. Will rent again when we make it back to area.

Great Stay. House was awesome.
The house was super clean. Everything looks new. Probably the best stocked house we have ever rented. The private dock was great. So nice to be able to leave our boat in the water instead of going back and forth to the marina. We expected the stairs going down to the water to be tough. They are but they have been maintained with a lot of newer sections added. It was a bit much for my 70 year old father. But he was a trooper and took breaks on the walk up. House is outside of town but near enough to town to make it easy to go for supplies. Quiet neighborhood. More noise from the boats than the neighbors. Terra was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. We are overall very pleased. Thanks so much.

We loved our stay. We rented a pontoon from Burnside and was able to use the dock at the house. We did struggle a little with all the steps, the kids didn’t though, lol. Our family of five had a great time, one bathroom with 4 girls was a little time consuming but we were just spending time on the lake so it all worked out well. The tub was a little slippery for me and didn’t have a rail, I’m accident prone so I’m always nervous. Everything was clean and just as described, highly recommended!

Fun with the family!

The only down side we felt it would be hard to bring a boat down the driveway, we didn’t have our boat so the stay was great, very relaxing.

Great getaway!
Best Vrbo I’ve stayed in! Great view! Very reasonably priced! All the accommodations you need, and then some. It’s so clean, it’s like new! It’s quiet, and relaxing. Board games available. A large Yeti cooler for our use! There are 2 bedrooms which was not stated on the website. We were able to dock our boat there too!
