Excellent property with access to all of the 1 hotel amenities. Great pools, gym, beach access and more. Fast and prompt communication with the luxury rentals team including Adriano, Daisy and others. Suite was as advertised, didn’t utilize the kitchen but very well appointed. Living area was spacious and as pictured with patio offering views of the inter coastal and downtime Miami. Main bedroom and bathroom was fantastic, also well appointed. Second bedroom and bathroom was small but sufficient.

There was a very loud banging noise near our room which was unexplained and the team there could not figure out what was going on. But it is a beautiful hotel and the room was gorgeous and clean. A problem was communicating with the property managers. We would text them and not hear back sometimes for hours or not until the next day.

The hotel refused to allow us to use bikes because we were not ,"owners." When I asked to rent them, the clerk did not ask my name or room number but immediately rejected me assuming we were not owners. Racism is in full effect with the staff on the residence side of the hotel. I would not stay again.

We loved our stay here! It was beautiful and comfortable. The restaurants and the amenities just amazing. We truly can’t wait to do this again. Strongly recommend staying here!

The hotel has everything you need including a beautiful rooftop adults only pool and great restaurant. The main pool and hot tub are also beautiful and with access to the beach. Check in was easy. Location is walkable or an easy uber ride to everything you need. Walgreens and a liquor store across the street.

It was nice unit, met our needs for a girls weekend and the location was nice as It was not far from anything walkable or a quick uber/taxi to restaurants and things to do. Unit itself was nicely decorated, the only issue was bathroom lighting especially for getting ready at night, a few more bright lights could help in the bathrooms, otherwise decor was swanky, and everything we needed was there. The residence staff were very nice and accommodating, and 1 hotel itself had great pools, food, beach and amenities!

It was nice unit, met our needs for a girls weekend and the location was nice as It was not far from anything walkable or a quick uber/taxi to restaurants and things to do. Unit itself was nicely decorated, the only issue was bathroom lighting especially for getting ready at night, a few more bright lights could help in the bathrooms, otherwise decor was swanky, and everything we needed was there. The residence staff were very nice and accommodating, and 1 hotel itself had great pools, food, beach and amenities!

Great vibe here- not the vibe if you want crazy SoBe. Beautiful amenities in every aspect. Staff is attentive and friendly.

Great vibe here- not the vibe if you want crazy SoBe. Beautiful amenities in every aspect. Staff is attentive and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! Place was gorgeous and clean! Any issues we had (remote for tv) Sophia was quick to respond and solve problem...pool areas were relaxing and views were beautiful... staff wherever we went were extremely helpful ... would absolutely return!

We were a bit skeptical because this property had no prior reviews, however we took a chance and boy were we surprised! The room was beautiful, everything is new inside the unit as well as the hotel/residence and the grounds. I actually enjoyed the bay view- it was nice because we spent our days at the pool and on the beach and in the afternoon we spent our early evenings on the balcony, watching the city. This place is complete paradise- we will be back again and are def recommending to our friends! Great for a weekend getaway or extended stay alike.
