The home layout is perfect for extended families, with living space, bedrooms and bathrooms spread out over two levels. The location is great for freeway access, as well as shops and restaurants nearby.

Let me start by saying the property manager earned an A+ grade. She was very responsive and worked with us to get a handyman to the house and issued a partial refund. That was very much appreciated. The issue was a clogged sewer line that appeared when the downstairs toilet was flushed the very first time and it backed up into the downstairs tub when using the plunger. Yeah, yuck! When the handyman couldn’t fix it, we were forced us to make other arrangements for one of our family members and gently use the upstairs bathroom from that point on. This is clearly a problem that shouldn’t be repeated for future guests, once the sewer line is cleared by a professional plumber.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is really spacious and the yard is huge. Plenty of parking and conveniently located if you needed to run to a store for something. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, it had everything we needed. Joanne was a great host and we would stay here again!

Property was well supplied with everything we needed and in a great location for getting around Seattle. Property manager responded quickly to any question I had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this wonderful property for the Taylor Swift concert. Moms and daughters. It was a great house with nice space. Joanne was an excellent hostess. Was quick to answer any questions. She had recommended a restaurant with in walking distance so we tried it out and it was really good. Just be aware that there is a strip club on the corner. We didn’t have any issues with it. Seemed to be a quiet place. But it is there. Thanks Joanne for offering your lovely house as a place for people to stay!

The house has plenty of room for 8.
Two issues which were disappointing.
For a stay of 8 nights for 8 people we had 1 wash cloth per person. 1 bath towel per person and 6 hand towels. We needed to communicate twice before they agreed to provide more towels.
There is serious and conspicuous black mold in a downstairs bathroom. Mold was also conspicuous on the tubmat upstairs. We had to remove the tubmat. Cleanliness is NOT a priority for the owner. Utensils and cups are a hodge podge of numerous types and barley enough for 8 guests. With a little more effort from the owners this could be a very good property.

My family had a very pleasant stay. The house was quiet and check in and out were very easy. Great parking. My old feedback is that some of the dishes, glasses, and pans in the kitchen cabinets were dirty. The only dish sponge available for use was very old and very used. A new sponge for our reservation would have been helpful.

Easy check in. Property owner was very responsive to my messages. She would follow up on our stay if we needed anything. Myself and my family love the house. Great for a family of eight with two floor separating each other. Would highly recommend and would rent again. Only thing downside may be just for my stay was that the house did not had AC during my stay and top floor was hot until early morning, but was provided with fans
