We loved our stay at this property and it was perfect for all the needs of our party. We had 12 adults, a 7 year old, a 4 year old, a 2 year old and a 3 month old, and we all had a great time! There were MANY amazing things this property had to offer, including the easy lake access, the lovely pool, the big deck and the quiet neighborhood, but for us the best part was how big the house was and how far apart the rooms were to one and other. With so many different families and family needs (i.e. families with newborns, families with no kids, etc.) it was really nice to easily be able to find rooms for each of us and feel together, yet not on top of each other. We have had many Friendscations together and this was by far the best house layout for us! The property manager was communicative, kind and answered my questions quickly. A few things were "good" not "great". The hot tub wasn't working, and of course we are understanding that things happen, but it was a bummer. The house did not appear to be cleaned really well upon our arrival. Each bathroom had hair in the drain from the previous guests and the counters were sticky. One of the rooms had no blinds which meant the couple staying in there not only were woken by the early morning sun but their privacy was a bit compromised, especially since this room looked over the whole backyard. The owners were kind enough to provide sleeping masks though, so that was really nice. Again, all of these are little things that didn't affect our stay too much. We still had a wonderful time! Some of the other things we really loved - the game room basement was a HIT with the kiddos (and the fellas who really loved playing pool). The paddle boards and kayaks were used by us everyday and allowed us to have lots of fun on the lake. The pool was a great combination for fun and relaxing, with lots of furniture and umbrellas for those who wanted to watch the pool fun. The TV room was super cozy as we watched lunchtime Disney movies with the kids, and we were pumped to find out there were multiple fridges and ovens for our large party to use! Overall it was a GREAT stay and we really were bummed to see that summer 2023 is almost all booked up because we are anxious to book again! Thanks to Beth for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and giving us amazing memories that we will have for a long time. We absolutely recommend this spot!

We used this as a rental for a wedding party. It was beautiful clean so much fun and easy to work with the owners. We had a great time. 👍
