The location and view were perfect for our family! We would stay again!

Really enjoyed the stay. Great location to groceries, gas, air for tubes, alcohol, beach gear, ice, food and ice cream. Bring extra blankets and toilet paper. Beach and pool access and you get two chairs and umbrella are nice. Our dog was welcome and that sold it for us.

From listing and pics that were posted thought had private balcony with double doors and it's just windows with public walkway therefore paid extra to take my cat, drug her 12 hrs in a cage to stay locked in the room the whole week. Needs updated badly.

The Villa is a throwback for sure. The unit that we stayed in was said to be updated but had some bumps and bruises. It had a leaky light fixture, no HDMI to use the Roku, and was super damp (might need a dehumidifer). There is no personal balcony and no unit washers/dryers.The view and access to the beach were superb.

The view is beautiful. The beds were comfy. We loved the decor!
A few problems we had was the right light above the couch would leak at night. That could be hazardous. We couldn’t get the wifi to work and the living room tv wouldn’t work. The 4th floor washing machine didn’t work so we had to use a different level.
The pool was nice! Everything else was great! We really enjoyed our stay.

This was the dirtiest condo I have ever stayed in. Pet hair, sand, stains on bedspreads, the air intake filter was so dirty it was shedding itself into the hallway. One dish towel (seriously?).
The cleaning closet in the pantry area smells very moldy/musty. Second bathrooms tub will not turn off completely, and Dishwasher kept breaking; was pushed to different voicemails when tried to call for assistance with Southern...
Never again. Good luck.

I would have gave a 5 star but a sippy cup was left under the tv stand. They leave towels but u have to pay to wash and dry which was inconvenient you don’t get clean ones everyday. Had to buy trash bags and toilet paper bc they don’t provide it after u run out of ur roll. It did have all the cooking utensils/pots/pans u would need.

Everything was great/ my only complaint would be to have a detail information sheet on how to use the TV’S. We had to get another guest to explain how to use the TV. Will definitely be back.

The view from the 4th floor was absolutely beautiful. Condo was well supplied. Requested maintenance to check on thermostat and they responded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this establishment.

On the second day, the bathroom next to the master br had a plumming issue, that leaked heavily down to the lower unit, and we could not use that bathroom for the rest of the trip. Every one sharing one bathroom was not what I paid for.

They are pet friendly, not just dogs but cats too. Much appreciated as we had our bathroom remodeled and needed at "move out" during that process. Beautiful views og the beach, sunrise and sunsets. You can't beat the view!! Thanks again!!

The location was great - right on the beach with beach chair and umbrella service included each day. It is an older property, but the unit has been updated more recently. The kitchen is nice and has everything we needed to cook. Bed was comfortable and we really appreciated the large, comfortable sofa and smart TVs. We wanted to stay longer but then had to cut our stay short due to a death in the family, which the manager was very nice about. Management was very responsive too. We would love to return!

Very nice
It was easy, clean and comfortable. We will come back. We had an issue with TV and chatted the property owner and in 2 minutes they text back and helped. They were super nice.

Do Not Stay Here!!!
This condo was absolutely filthy. Looked like nobody had come in and cleaned it in a while. Dust all over the dressers, shower curtains were mildewed, and roaches EVERY WHERE!! Before being aware of the infestation of roaches, we already went to the store and bought almost $500 worth of groceries when we made it to Florida and had no where to put them due to roaches being all in the refridgerator at this condo. Me, my husband, mother n law, brother n law, and our 4 kids had to sleep in our vehicles because we just could not sleep in this condo. The first night of our vacation was a nightmare! Thank goodness we were able to find another condo to stay at with it being so last minute!

Great location and access to beach
This property is an older condo but small and very well maintained! The ac went out while we were there and they had it fixed very quickly. The communication with the host was great and fast! The condo was the perfect size! The only down fall that we did not realize was that you do not have a private balcony. You enter from the beachside though and have wonderful views. It is a small condo so there is not much foot traffic on the shared “balcony”. I would stay here again! The beach access is very short! Not a long walk at all and not over crowded!

Elevator was scary as ----, rickety, small and hot. No balconies, this would be a huge plus. Had a great week and made it all work. Will not stay here again though without alot of updating.

Stay was lovely
We enjoyed our stay at the Aqua Villa. The beach access was great to be so close, and the pool was clean and inviting. The condo was nice and had just what we needed.

Not very clean, dated and dark. Location was awesome and close to beach. Construction going on during stay, that was not mentioned even after asking that specific question, left debris and got metal shavings in our flip flops and cut my foot. Hot tub would also be nice. Elevator was scary as ----, rickety, small and hot. No balconies, this would be a huge plus. Had a great week and made it all work. Will not stay here again though without alot of updating.

Apartment was nice. I noticed the sheets on my bed had what appeared to be blood stains or some kinda red stains. I washed my sheets but they were set in stains. Other bed had a purple stain on the bedsheets. Smoking area was inconvenient as well but we abided by the rules.
