Landing at front of house is sinking in. Property manager would not fix drain in master bathroom. Asked him on the first day we were there and he never had a Plummer come over to unclog the drain.

We took our Girl Scouts to Colorado for a few days and this served as our home base. Really convenient to shopping, restaurants and the freeway to get where we needed to go. The house isn’t fancy, but it was spotless. It has a nice outdoor space for eating, not that we got to use it due to rain!

Five bedrooms all were spacious with a tv. Kitchen has a great spice rack as well as plenty of dishes.

The dryer quit working, but the property owners graciously agreed to dry our clothes at their place and returned them promptly!

We had a family trip to Colorado and this house was perfect for our needs. Fully stocked and spacious enough for everyone. Would stay again!

Our family of five and another family of six stayed comfortably with plenty of space for four nights. The hot tub and outdoor space was a great place to hang out and enjoy the Colorado fresh air and sunshine. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located within 20 minutes of all our destinations. We made all our meals in the kitchen or on the grill, which was super cost efficient!

We were a little concerned when we pulled into the neighborhood…but the home was beautiful, very clean, and spacious. The backyard at night is truly lovely. We are a group of 4 women on a girls trip and the location of the house was perfect for all of our activities.

The house was very clean and inviting. We had 6 adults and 8 kids. The basement bedrooms were perfect for all 6 of them. Some of the littles bunked together.. Which left the 3 upper bedrooms for the adults. The hot tub was the hit with everyone. After long days of fun it was nice to come back and relax if you could get the kids out.. the land lord is fantastic. Very communitive and will take care of all of your needs. We would stay here again.

50th birthday for Kimmie
My 5 daughters and I met in Colorado City for a long weekend to celebrate the middle daughter's 50th birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed the house (big and roomie and comfortable). We used the spa and the grill. We all had our own rooms (unusual for us :)) The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room table sat us all. The house was in the perfect location for all the things we wanted to do and was a welcome place to come back to where we played games, ate, and relaxed. We would definitely come back.
