Beautiful rental property. Great location and there was lots to do. A very enjoyable week's vacation with family.

House works great for extended families. Great sleeping arrangements. Bathrooms are very nice and updated. Everything you need is there for a beach vacation. The kitchen is small and needs upgrades but living space is perfect with two separate areas. Great decks! Quiet street for the kids to play. Overall this home was enjoyed by all.

My husband and I, along with our children and grandchildren have been coming from Florida to vacation in Rhode Island for over 10 years. I only wish we could have discovered this house sooner. Everything about our stay was delightful! The Snug Harbor community is quiet, relaxing and in great location-close to the beach and delicious seafood! The house was amazing! So spacious! With two separate living rooms there was plenty of space for “together” games or “alone”quiet time yet each area was large enough for all to gather. The two decks also provided very nice outdoor space-lots of fun to oversee a good game of bocce in the big backyard! The house was extremely clean, well appointed, and very well stocked with everything we would need in a home away from home. Erica and Jeff are gracious hosts and were always available to answer questions via email, phone or text. I anticipate that we will continue our tradition of some summer time in Rhode Island and I’m hoping we can return to this lovely home.

We had a fantastic stay everything was as promoted.We had 14 for lunch on Christmas Day.Our grandchildren stayed with us a lot of the time and throughly enjoyed themselves,the beds were very comfortable.Next time we visit our family we would like to visit in the summer.

5 minute drive to East Matunuck State Beach, one of the best on the south coast. Very impressive surf this year, good for boogie boarding. The house was very clean, linens provided, two large living areas. Individual room AC units helped quell the August heat. It's not easy finding a 4 BR that takes dogs of all sizes, but this one fit the bill. The owners were very accommodating, and replied promptly to a few minor issues (light bulbs, etc.). Lots of beach chairs, an umbrella, nice yard for the dog, and nearby places for after dinner walks. Some nearby restaurants (Matunuck Oyster House, Jim's Dock) are booked three weeks in advance! Thankfully, Cap'n Jacks was only a half hour wait and pretty good. Takeout from Jim's Dock was amazing.

Second floor large common area for the girls to setup for the hair and makeup professionals and first floor for the guys to get ready! Enjoyed the following week with family and friends at the property! Close to restaurants, amenities and coastal fishing!

Erica & Jeff were marvelous and responsive hosts. The house is spacious, has excellent facilities and amenities. (Important to mention the evening sea breeze keeps things fresh in summer.) Very close to beaches (about 5 min drive, even walkable) and fine seafood restaurants. Terrific place to relax with family of all ages.

The house was well kept, and provided everything we needed for our stay. Great having linens and towels bath provided, kitchen was well stocked. Beach parking filled up early.

It was a wonderful place to stay, with our adult children, & grandchild. There was plenty of space within the house to lounge around , read, or play games on the one rainy day we had. The decks were also very nice for just hanging out. The beach was close by & very easy to get to.

We were visiting the area because of an ill family member. Erica and Jeff’s cottage had everything we needed and is located in a perfect peaceful area. They even sent us flowers. Above snd beyond hosts.

What a perfect house! 4 big bedrooms, 2 living areas, well equipped kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for more! Our family was in town for a sad occasion, and it was a perfect gathering spot for us. The owners, whom I’ve never met sent us flowers. How amazingly kind! No wonder the house is so nice!

My family was gathering for my daughters wedding and it was a perfect location, perfect size and lot of space for the the family. I would highly recommend as the owner was in contact and very helpful with suggesstions as this was our first time in Rhode Island.

They couldn’t have been more accommodating! The house is just a short car ride to so many things to explore like Point Judith Lighthouse, Fisherman’s Memorial and lookout, Main Street Candy Store ( my kids favorite!), glass blowing , Block Island Ferry and of course just a bike ride from East Matunuck Beach! The sunsets on our nightly beach walks were amazing too! We really enjoyed having dinner out on their breezy back deck and going to get ice cream at the numerous local ice cream shops! Wonderful week away! Thank you for having us!

My friends and I rented Paul & Dana’s lovely home to have a nice place to spend Thanksgiving week and their place did not disappoint! We loved the spacious house with lots of living & working space for all of us (plus the FiOs internet was very helpful while some of us were telecommunicating to work ). The wrap around porch was so lovely to spend time on we didn’t want to leave! We all had good sleep while at the house & loved the quiet neighborhood. Would love to return in the future perhaps in the summer time!

This home was clean, had all the necessary amenities and was close to the beach and our favorite restaurant. It would be the perfect house for separate families vacationing together as it has 2 separate living spaces as well as a rumpus room in the basement. So, excellent for families with teens who need their own space. Very comfortable beds and crisp linens. We were able to bring our dog which was very important for us. This property is close to East Matunuck beach and there are 2 restaurants within walking distance. Bikes and beach paraphernalia are included. We would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to visit again next year.

Great spot close to the beach & lots of other places
We had a wonderful experience at this house. Everyone had their own bedroom/privacy, but there were plenty of group spaces. We especially liked hanging out on the deck which almost always had a breeze.. The short drive to East Matunuck Beach was so convenient and it is a really nice beach. We would definitely stay here again!
