The start to our stay was a little rocky as this was not the original home that we booked but when my family and I got to this home it was clean and fit us all perfectly. The beds were comfortable and it was overall a lovely stay.

First off, I gave the management staff well over 24 hours to respond, and I kept being told they would get right back to me.
The problem was the toilets not being cleaned. Someone else's pee and excrement was on both toilets in the home. There were also rodent droppings in the upstairs bathroom and in the kitchen silverware drawer.
Management apologized and asked for pictures which I provided. When I asked for a 1/2 refund on the very steep cleaning fee, or simply allowed to check out late, that is where I got put off and put off.
The apartment and location are excellent. I won't deny that!

Great location for ease of access downtown Poulsbo, unfortunately had heavy smoke smell. We opened all the windows but with family members with asthma and allergies we were not able to stay. Took a while to finally get a hold of managment.
