Pros: Close to causeway and beach. Pool was wonderful, well maintained. Mini split in back bedroom was a plus. Owner was receptive.
Cons: poor lighting in dining room, very slippery floor in hall bathroom- the owners supplied extra nonslip mats which helped. Extremely small master shower. Front bedroom bed needs a longer bed frame- when you sit on the end of the bed the front of the bed lifts up at least 6 inches- dangerous.
We enjoyed our stay for 4 weeks and would return in the future.

We had such a great stay at the Stuart Splash home. The home was clean and well cared for. We especially loved the excellent attention to details - the luggage racks and plenty of storage space in the closets and dressers; well-stocked kitchen with all the gadgets and things we needed to cook; the pool and beach supplies! It was so nice to know we had everything we needed right there.
Our beds were all very comfortable - definitely some kind of memory foam mattress that were supportive with a tad of firmness but were soft in the right places. My kids took turns sleeping on the pull out couch and did not complain about it - they said they were comfortable.
We were so glad to be right in the heart of everything. Easy drives to family in Palm City, downtown Stuart, Stuart Beach and Jensen beach. Perfectly located.

My family and friends had a fantastic stay at the Stuart Splash! Great communication with the owner before and during our stay. The house was immaculately clean, everything worked properly and was clearly labeled, and the binder contained all the information needed to take full advantage of all the property has to offer. The three large bedrooms and two full baths will easily accommodate up to 8 people. The outdoor area was well maintained and the pool was very refreshing. Plenty of seating and a very nice grill on the patio. Stuart Splash also provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the beaches which are only 10 minutes away. I highly recommend a stay at the Stuart Splash.

The pictures online do not do the place justice. The kiddo’s (ages 1,3,& 5) were heartbroken when we had to leave. The pool was amazing! Even for the 1yr old. There’s a nice little step she could play on and keep entertained. Perfectly located within several good eats and beach access points. Amenities at the house were on point! Lots of toys and floaties for the pool. We will be back for sure!!!

Owner provided very detailed instructions prior to arrival, and posted throughout the home. Check-in was super easy. Home was very clean, everything was labeled which made finding everything we needed a breeze. We enjoyed the pool, and we love that there were already pool toys readily available. There were games in the TV console. The owners really have thought of everything! The location is so close to everything. Not far from the beach, there are stores and restaurants 5 mins down the round and around the corner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stuart Splash and would stay here again!

Located in a quiet safe neighborhood, great for a morning walk or evening stroll. It is in a convenient location, very well organized and well equipped, with lots of extras for the pool, a trip to the beach or fun in the yard. We enjoyed the coffee station daily. We ook forward to staying there again.

The stuart splash was all and more that I could have asked for. Katie and crew were very efficient in getting back to me with responses when we needed them. Was super clean and so beautiful to look out at the pool every day through your bedroom French doors! A very safe and quiet neighborhood. Thanks Katie, you guys have a beautiful home!

My family and I have been traveling to Stuart for the last couple of years for our spring break following our son's high school baseball team. This house was terrific, clean, and suited our family perfect. We used the beautiful pool and patio daily. Communication with the owner was very good. I highly recommend the Stuart Splash property! A+++++ rating.

We have stayed at dozens of VRBO’s. Extremely clean and comfortable. Such a nice little community neighborhood. Meet Charlie in the house behind us and he shared good local spots
to eat. This is a respectful neighborhood. So only book of you are a respectful person. Oh yeah the pool was the boom!! Thanks Katie

Stuart Splash was an AMAZING rental - probably the best VRBO we’ve ever rented. It exceeded expectations and was the perfect spot for us for the past 5 weeks.

I love this house! It has everything I could want in Stuart.. close to my family and a private heated pool! The beds are so comfortable and the house is wonderfully furnished. It is a wonderful private retreat that is literally down the street from my family. I cannot wait to book this house over and over again. Thank you so much for hosting me!!

We had a great stay at the Stuart splash house. The house was very clean and had all the items that we needed. The house was perfect for traveling with a 4 month old as there was a pack and play on site. The pool area is beautiful. We were able to hang out by the pool and feel like we were at an oasis while the baby napped. Katie was very responsive especially with a storm coming through checking in on us. I would definitely stay here again, thank you for making my first vacation post baby a huge success!!

The house is clean and well appointed! The house was clean and well maintained. My children absolutely loved having the pool in the backyard! The house is very close to many of the touristy places and Stuart and only a short drive to numerous beaches! This house is definitely a must rent!

Family vacation 2022
We visit Stuart regularly to visit relatives and have stayed at multiple rentals over the years. Stuart Splash is our new favorite. Its quite obvious that the owners took the time to make guests feel welcome and enjoy their time in the home. The kitchen was well equipped and all cabinets/ drawers are clearly marked. What a timesaver! Beds were super comfy. Lots of seating inside and out. The pool was the perfect size and the patio had an awning for shade. We especially enjoyed the soothing sounds of the waterfall. So many toys and floats for the pool as well as a great variety of puzzles and games inside. We did not use the kayak but it was very nice. The location allowed easy access to the beach as well as all the many shops and restaurants that make Stuart so special.

This property was exactly as advertised. It felt as if we were the first family to rent! Beyond chip clips we couldn't find (lol), we strongly recommend staying at this property. Katie was a pleasure to work with, very professional & repsonsive!
