Our family had a wonderful time. The location is great and the house was cozy and perfect for what our family needed. Dan was so informative and responsive. I appreciated being able to contact him throughout our stay. I would love to visit again very soon!

We had a great time in sgi! This home was in a great location. Short walk to beach and short walk to community pool. The house was plenty big enough for the 11 of us. 6 kids and 5 adults. Home was very clean. I would recommend this to a family needing to rent in SGI. Loved the quietness of the plantation! We basically had the beach to ourselves and we are used to pcb crowds so this was fantastic!

Great house, great location and great hosts. A couple of wrinkles but Dan was very responsive. Thanks for sharing your special home with our family over Thanksgiving weekend.

This house was a perfect beach getaway for our two family’s to enjoy. We felt very comfortable with four adults and 6 kids. It’s very close to beach and clubhouse pool. The house looks very recently updated and great spaces to enjoy time together. Beds were very comfortable and we hope to return in the future.

Home: Decorated beautifully
The dishes, appliances, seating, TV - all newer and in great shape. The home and surroundings were very clean.
The beds were comfortable as well.
There were no pests either! Clean clean clean!
Outdoor seating was perfect.
I loved how many ways there were to get downstairs. I know that is random, but it was amazing.
Location: You would walk to the beach and community pool! You could see the ocean from random spots in the house.
Communication: Was perfect. Very helpful host. There were nice signs around the house explaining different things. Helpful and visually appealing.
Would love to stay here every year. Thanks for letting us stay at your place.

We spent a wonderful week here for our annual beach trip with another family. The house is newly renovated, comfortable and well-appointed, and owner Dan is very thoughtful and a great communicator. Would absolutely return again.

The property has received a complete remodel on the inside and looks fantastic! The location is also amazing! Very close walk to the clubhouse, gym and pool (though we just used the pool at the house)… also a very short walk to the beach access. We would definitely stay here again!
