This clean, comfortable home was just right for our family group. The members with children stayed in the main house, while the grandparents enjoyed peace and quiet in the backyard apartment. So many nice little touches…toys and games and a fenced yard for kiddos, ample supplies (including facial tissues), and the snacks and K cups for the Keurig machines (one in each kitchen) were much appreciated. The location is good for easy access to Tampa and Clearwater, but we didn’t realize how much we would enjoy Safety Harbor. The town is an attractive, walk-able village boasting a variety of good local restaurants just a few blocks away from the house on Main Street. The owner was very responsive and friendly. When we initially experienced a glitch in our booking dates, he immediately responded and resolved it. We would be happy to return!

We booked this property as part of a large family reunion for Thanksgiving. It was perfect. A HUGE back yard that was great for the littles under 3 (bonus that toys were available in the garage) and the guest house was absolutely clutch for our group. Well appointed kitchen and plenty of seating. Easy walk to Main St and a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

My group and I really enjoyed this home. The biggest perk is the kitchen. We wanted to save money so made all our meals at home. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. Mike and Beth were great hosts as well. We had a problem with the garbage disposal not working and Mike came out in less than an hour and fixed it quickly. Overall a great experience and would stay here again.

My husband and I came down to the area for our baby shower and needed a place to stay with a few out of town friends. Very comfortable place, everything was clean and host communicated well. Would definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed here with my sister and brother-in-law and their three children. The property is wonderful- plenty of space for all of us. The adults enjoyed sitting out and having coffee in the backyard together every morning and it was an easy walk to Main Street, which has plenty of delicious restaurants and great shopping. My husband and I also worked remotely for the entire week and had zero issues with the wi-fi. And Mike and Beth were extremely communicative and helpful. We hope to stay here again next summer!

The home was clean, renovated and very conducive for our group's stay. The owners were flexible for early check in and communication prior to arrival was very responsive and helpful. The guest house was convenient and nice amenity for our group of 6.

We had a wonderful gathering of friends at Blue Gekko! The house and guest house are perfect for a family reunion and a spa get-away. The accommodations are spacious, the location is terrific, and the hosts were very welcoming. I strongly recommend! 5 Stars!

Location was great, less than a 5 minute walk to the middle of Main Street, 10 minute walk to the Safety Harbor Spa where you can sign up for a guest pool only membership. The washer and dryer were brand new and great to have. The back apartment was really nice for a couple or single person. The front house had everything we needed. The internet was fast and having cable and Netflix on the smart tv was great. We would definitely recommend to any larger group or family. Make sure to check out: 1. Third Friday on Main Street 2. Bassanos Cheesecake-Great Cheesecake 3. Cafe Vino Tinto-good breakfast/coffee spot 4. Nona Slice house-great pizza 5. Great location to Main Street Restaurants and Shops. Great walking neighborhood to the waterfront and Safety Harbor Spa. Enjoyed the spacious yard and amenities. The separate back house provided privacy and a quiet space for some with an open house for gathering. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking family meals.
