Had booked the condo for the Vasa race that unfortunately didn’t happen this year due to lack of snow
Condo is located in an area that you could access most of Traverse City 🏙️ n less than 15 minutes. It is less than a block off the Tart trail for runners or cyclists. The condo is supplied with anything needed for your long weekend and is very clean. The only drawback to its location is the proximity to a fairly busy road can be loud on occasion

My boyfriend and I were in Traverse City for a little getaway. The condo couldn’t have been in a more convenient location! It was very clean and provided everything we needed. Riley was very responsive when I had questions. We would definitely stay again!

Nice, clean and comfortable place to stay to enjoy all the fun things to do in Traverse City! We would look at staying here again on our next visit to the area. The kitchen was well equipped and a comfortable bed.

My cousin and I came to town to meet a new baby with my 7month old and her two week old. We arrived at the property and we so pleased with the sleek and clean appearance. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom with luxury. It was a wonderful experience.

Very nice place, great location, had all amenities you would need. Only issue was our parking space was continuously used by other patrons. Luckily there were free spots available and property manager responded quickly!! Just made check in a little more stressful, cause I didn’t want to get towed for parking in someone else’s spot. Overall would stay here again!

The townhouse was lovely- a cozy loft bedroom above a well appointed kitchen and living area. Everything was fresh and well maintained.

My husband and I stayed here for our little anniversary trip! It was such a nice new clean place and was close to the downtown! Very easy check in and check out process, no issues at all! Would highly recommend!

Cozy condo with everything you need. My wife and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. Easy drive to downtown Traverse City and all the shopping and restaurants. Drove easily up Mission Point for sightseeing and over to Sleeping Bear Dunes. Had a great time and we will definitely be back with family.

The condo is lovely, well appointed, and atypical of many condos. the place was immaculate. Sorry, We didn't empty the trash because I didnt see the note, although there was not much trash. I didn't start the dishwasher because there were only 2 glasses. If there had been detergent I would have washed the linens and towels. My only suggestion is to add a full length mirror

Great stay in TC!
This is a great little home in a very quiet part of town--not far from great restaurants in downtown or the horseshow in Williambsburg. It has everything you need and the owner is there for whatever you need.

Modern getaway minutes away from the action!
What a great find in Traverse City. Everything about the experience was easy. Clean, modern, quiet, private, great parking & AC. Fabulous trails nearby for your morning run. And just minutes away from all the downtown and beach action of Traverse City. All in all, a great stay!

The place itself is just as gorgeous as the photos- clean, modern, comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils (even a wine opener and can opener). The bed was extremely comfortable. The windows let in so much natural light but all have shades you can close for privacy. The wifi was easy to join and was fast. The check in and check out processes were simple and convenient. We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay here again.

Super cute, clean stay. Extremely close to everything, even in walking distance to some cute restaurants. I will definitely be coming back! When I reached out to the host, was extremely friendly and helpful!
