Just a weekend get away with the kids for a fishing trip . location was awesome walking distance to the area across street to the beach access.pier was 0.6 miles if u are there as well the amenities was great didn't need anything but my suitcase . Also kid friendly .Mr Jim was kind and very responsive..thank u again for let's us share your condo..u til next time

The hosts proved to be very helpful and responsive. They've made this home into a cozy and laid back retreat. It comes with comfy beds with soft sheets, lots of seating inside and out, plenty of games and toys for the kiddos, free wifi, a full kitchen + dishwasher and a combo keurig/regular coffee pot, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, PLUS it comes with good shower pressure. As an added bonus, they provided the linens, towels, shower toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soaps), thick beach towels, and kitchen essentials (dishwasher tabs, diswashing liquid, cooking spray, salt/pepper, sugar, creamer, paper towels, aluminum foil, pots/pans, dishes, cups, mugs, utensils, dishclothes, etc). I really appreciated that I didn't have any stairs to climb, plus it came with its own reserved parking spot. The location is also terrific as the beach is right across the street! We would certainly stay here again. A+ experience!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at the 4 Sea Monkeys. Our host was fantastic, and he left out many beach toys for our kids and water balloons too. This condo offers all the beach amenities needed, is very close to public beach access, and is within walking distance of everything. I highly recommend staying here!! We will be coming back next summer!

This is such a great place to book! Seriously! Quit wasting time looking around and just book it! This property sits across the street and 3 houses away from access point #13! It was so nice to be able to just walk to the beach or back home super fast. The unit is super spacious and fully stocked more than any place I’ve ever stayed at (and I travel A LOT)! Jim has excellent communication and strives to make your trip relaxing, comfortable, and best he possibly can! My 3 nephews from Ohio and myself throughly enjoyed staying here and will most certainly be back!

This property was exactly as described. The owners have thought of everything. We stayed for a short weekend to visit our son. The location was absolutely great. Just steps away from public beach access.

A hidden gem—better than the photos and in an ideal location. We loved staying here and were very comfortable and happy with the accommodations. The hosts have given this place a lovely personal touch, and everything we needed during our stay was provided. Highly recommended!

I booked this property for my husband’s 50th birthday as he finally wanted to take a vacation. The property was excellent and had everything we needed and was very close to the beach and two access points.

My husbands family has traveled to Topsail for nearly 50 years to vacation. This was my first trip joining them. The condo we stayed in was perfect for us, not paying the beach house price tag and being right across the street from access was perfect.
The condo itself came with stuff I didn't need to pack that I wish I would have seen/known about prior. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, beach towels and much more provided. Way beyond my expectations.
The condo was clean, the location was perfect, the area is quiet and very kid friendly.

My friends and I had a fabulous stay at Jim & Edna's home! There was plenty of space for us to spread out and we enjoyed having access to beach essentials like chairs & a wagon. There's also an inflatable pool in the front yard that we enjoyed relaxing in when not at the beach (public access is just across the street). I'll definitely be staying here next time I visit!

This is definitely a hidden jewel! Pictures don’t do this place justice! I would definitely request this property again. Super clean! Jim is Awesome!! Family of four with twins. There were toys and a little table set for the kids. Felt so comfortable, homey. Couple steps from the beach, everything you need at your fingertips! Jim thought of everything to make it a wonderful experience!

This place has just everything you would want in a beach rental. The host Jim, is excellent to work with, and goes beyond to accommodate and communication is excellent. If you're not ready to spend big money for something right ON the beach, this is certainly the next best thing, with being right across the street and literally a minute walk and you're on the beach. Plenty of room in the house, plenty of extras for the beach and other activities, nice quiet area, but just blocks from shops, food and anything else you need. Just a fantastic stay and hope its available for our next trip.

We had a girls trip (2 moms and 4 daughters) and had a great time at this rental. The location was great and so close to the beach access, and also on the better side of Surf City that's not so crowded. It was nice and quiet too. The owner Jim was very responsive and super accommodating. The kitchen worked well and there was plenty of seating in the living room. The only suggestion would be maybe also having a hose for rinsing off on the right side of the property (in addition to the other side entrance) and a few more basic kitchen items like a large stainless steel salad/mixing bowl but that's it. We had a great time and it worked very well with 6 ladies!!

Enjoyable Stay
Rental was clean and roomy. Located within walking distance to restaurants and events in Surf City. This was our second time renting this summer and have not been disappointed with our decision.

Great place to visit!
Just a note, make sure your guests are clear as where to park because if you miss them. A woman from upstairs will send them away without inquiring why they are parking there. I had one guest park in the wrong place and missed their call before I noticed she told him to leave and he was back on the road and almost home before we realized, he had come. Very disappointing. Outside of the that, the stay was great, amenities aplenty, beach access was seconds and shopping/eateries minutes away. Will revisit. Thanks for the stay!

Right off the beach!!
Loved the location! Great communication with owner, and he had some super fun suggestions for things to do there! Don’t forget to pack linens/towels or use the rental service as these are not provided, although the owner did go out of his way to work with us since we didn’t pack them.

Absolutely wonderful. I did forget to bring sheets for the beds and towels for the bathroom but there was a dollar general close by. I will definitely be staying there again. Beach access a 3 min walk max. Loved everything about it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Spacious ground level apartment.
We enjoyed our stay. Jim made us feel at home right away, helping us with things we had not thought to bring, We appreciated that there were no stairs. Many of our group who stayed in other houses were worn out by the time they climbed all the stairs in their homes. The home was clean. It was very close to all we needed to do.

Even when there was a small issue with a noisy dryer he had a repair man there before I even mentioned it. It is a older house but has everything you need and plenty of space. Furniture was comfortable and a nice large TV was a plus. The only Recommendation I would have for the owner would be to address the musty smell in the apartment. Once I open the windows an aired the place out it was OK and I would stay there again
