This property has a great amount of space. Our group of five adults and four small children were not on top of each other. The location is great, you can see the ocean from the porch and is only a few steps away. Getting to everything else around was a snap and there were a dozen places easy enough to walk to. The furniture was comfortable. There was enough plates/glasses/silverware that we didn't need to wash after every meal. The instructions for hot tub use were not pointed out, we did not find there was an ON button to start the heater until after we had called and a service request was put in. There is defiantly some general maintenance that should be completed. I realize I did not give a detailed list of issues, but the rusted off hinges on every screen door led us to understand there wasn't as through an inspection as we though. It certainly wasn't dirty, but for the cleaning fee finding cigarette butts and shoes was sad. It also would have been nice to know "there is a starter pack", three rolls of toilet paper, two trash bags and two dish washer pods is all that was given for nine registered guests for a week with the cost was sad. I would defiantly use North Beach again, not sure I would use this property especially at peak rental prices.

This is the best property we have stayed in! Everything was amazing the entire home was like A resort. We barely went to the beach because we spent most of our time relaxing in the pool. The backyard was amazing. I mean just amazing. The only complaint I have is that we had to leave lol. Definitely our go to property from now on.

We rented this property with 11 adults & 3 kids and had a blast in the pool and enjoyable walks on the beach, which was just a 3-5 min walk. There is ice cream and food in walking distance, so no need to drive unless u wanna grab groceries or head out somewhere for other activities. The rooms and beds were lovely, as well as the decor. Definitely suggest this rental for your group!

We stayed at this property with another family for a baseball tournament. This house was big enough and had plenty of places to sleep for our group of 10. I will base this review on the price we paid in June, which seems very high. I felt it was overpriced, however maybe that is just the prices in MB in the summer. I felt like there was a lot of details overlooked. For example, patio furniture wasn’t even set up nicely at the pool and an umbrella was broken and just laying down. There was a half blown up kiddie pool in the back yard and leaves all around the patio area. Just seemed at the price we paid it should have been taken care of better. The pool was hazy the entire week. Most dishes in the cabinet had to be rewashed due to coffee stains and food particles on them. There was mildew on the shower curtains. Again, it wasn’t a bad house but I would think at the very high price things like this wouldn’t have been an issue. We also had a cooler stolen from right in front of the front door.

We had a great stay at Hook Wine and Sinker. Everything was clean and spacious and the pool and hot tub were great. Only minor complaints were about lack of cleaning materials, salt/pepper/cooking oil, and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom but we had been told about that beforehand so we brought extra. Also they had the pool cleaned in the middle of the day during our stay which was slightly annoying. Other than that everything was great! Really close to the beach and easy to get to with plenty of parking. They had a few chairs but we brought some of our own to supplement.

Me and 8 other guys all 35-40 stayed for a week and loved the property. Great location w easy access to local courses and food. The house itself was in great shape when we arrived and the layout worked well for our group.

Everything was great with the exception of the hot tub which did not work (specifically it did not heat to 100 degrees like it was supposed) and the one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom felt very silly, especially to accommodate 8 guests.

Hook, Wine, and Sinker is a nice property on the third row. Our family was able to walk to the beach and enjoy the scenery. The home is nice but was a little small for our needs. I wish it had another common area other than the living room, but that’s nothing on the owner’s part. One thing I would suggest is a deep clean. The property was surface level clean as if your going to a relative’s to spend the night. However, it wasn’t cleaned as if you’re going to a hotel or an AirBNB. There were bugs we had to kill in the kitchen. 🤢There was dust on the fans, the linens and towels needed to be washed because they smelled, and the overall cleanliness of the house just wasn’t there. I don’t want to deter anyone from renting, because this is definitely a nice space for single families, but I suggest the property agent have someone come in for a deep clean prior to the next rental.

This was a very beautiful property my family and I really enjoyed it we loved it so much that we consider booking this time again next year we really enjoyed the amenities pool hot tub fire pit elevator the works this time every year me and my children love to get away and remember the life of my son that we lost two years ago on November 3 check in was easy rates it was reasonable we all-around enjoyed it thank you for having us.. The only downside was the handle on the back door on the second floor was broken the carpets in the living space was not cleaned But it wasn't bad enough that we didn't want to stay I almost felt like the owner or renter may not have had knowledge of this but as I said all around great please for family getaways

We had a wonderful time. The backyard was one of the best we have ever had with the amazing pool and spa. The walk to the beach was quick and easy with the public walkways between the houses. The house itself was very comfortbale and the elevator very eas and helpful for our aging parents (74-78). I would absolutely recommend this house!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. There were 10 guests total and we had PLENTY of space. The elevator was a big hit and a big help with getting heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The property was beautifully decorated and was quite clean overall. We did have a small issue with trash bags from previous guests being left behind in the front and back yard, and some large stains on the bedding in one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. However, the staff was great and accommodating and addressed those issues ASAP. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Overall we had a wonderful time at this property and a great experience with North Beach Realty. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This place was perfect for 13 friends on a golf trip. House slept 13 comfortably and the backyard and pool/hot tub were great. Check in and check out was simple. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Myrtle

Staff at office were very friendly during normal business hours. After hours line seemed aggravated that I called to report Hottub outageHouse was over all nice. Elevator was super nice especially getting groceries up to kitchen. Hot tub did not work the entire stay and that was one of the main reasons we booked the house. Pots and pans were dirty. Location was great.

The location and design of the house were awesome! My friends and I loved the large living room with MASSIVE couches, multiple bedrooms and the pool/hot tub! We were concerned about the noticeable bug traps throughout the kitchen and bugs that were spotted on the walls and floor. Likewise, it seems like the cleaning crew may have missed a few spots including the master shower-ick!. The location of the house and layout is WONDERFUL for a large group. I hope the company that is used for cleaning between visits is able to improve their quality. When reading reviews after arriving, it sounds like the quality of the work and the cleanliness/bug problem progressed over the summer.

We had a group of 9 girls for a book launch celebration weekend and we LOVED the place! Perfect distance to beach, loved how spacious it was, and loved the pool! So fun!

Great location, and great beach house with a great pool. Ice cream, ocean, Irish Pub, beachwear, and thrill rides only 1-2 blocks away. Elevator to help get suitcases to the 3rd floor and all the beach and pool gear in a the ground floor closet. Our 5-9 year old grand children loved the pool and backyard. Have fun taking a big bite on the Hook Wine and Sinker!!

Once the cleaning issues are addressed, would have no issue staying in this home and location again.

Overall a very nice stay
This home is very nice and spacious. The beds were all pretty comfy. The kitchen was well supplied. It would have been nice to have some extra towels since this home has a pool. The two pool umbrellas are broken so no shade in the backyard. When I talked with the rental agency about an issue they responded and addressed it immediately. We would stay there again.
