This lovely pool home is just a few miles from downtown Naples. It is in a very quiet family neighborhood. The owners are quick to respond to any questions- outstanding communication. The screened in pool area is partially shaded- we spent almost all our time in the pool/patio area.
Nice kitchen, Bosch dishwasher, wonderful rain shower in primary bedroom!! The WiFi can be used in the pool area- very convenient!! Loved it ALL!!

We had a very nice stay here with our family. Everything was clean which was important to us and the pool area and outside patio was very well maintained. They had everything we needed for the beach which was perfect. It is about a 10-15 minute ride to the beach. the house and communication with the owner was great! Close to stores, restaurants, as well. No complaints

This house was in a very peaceful neighborhood tucked away in the palm trees. It was totally our speed for the long weekend, allowing us to escape before and after a busy graduation. The patio/pool area was the best oasis to relax and disconnect. We had everything we needed to cook meals, but also lots of take out options if we wanted. We’re already talking about coming back for a longer vacation. Thank you!

We had a positive experience overall with this home. We spent most of our time at the beach, and it was great that they had beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The kids enjoyed the outdoor shower and pool in the afternoons while parents took advantage of the stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and management checked in several times. Nice home in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet still close to the action.

We can’t say enough good things about this property and its hosts. The outdoor area with its many seats and the lovely, heated pool was what convinced us to choose this house, and we were delighted that it was just as pictured and described. Though we were all adults, this house would be perfect for multigenerational families. The communication with and the responsiveness of the hosts were outstanding. We hope to stay here again which tells you how pleased we are that we chose this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a nice fit for our family of 6. Plenty of beds and room to spread out and relax by pool area and in the house. Everything was clean and up to date. Kitchen was great and we used the outdoor grill several times for family meals. The beaches are a short 10 minute drive and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The owners were awesome with communication before and during our stay. So happy we booked this property instead of trying to cram into a hotel room(s).

We loved this property. Our group included 4 adults and 2 children. The place could have easily accommodated another 2 children. The house is well stocked and functional, but the private pool is really what sets this apart. A private heated pool you can hop in at any time during your stay is wonderful when you're traveling with kids. The location is ideal as it is not in the middle of tourist traps but is close enough to local dining and entertainment so you'll never be bored or hungry on your trip. All in all, we would recommend this to any traveler looking to visit Naples!

We loved staying at this hidden paradise. It is the perfect place to share with family. So beautifully decorated, very well equipped, confortable and clean! The pool is very nice and has a lot of things for the kids to play with. It has a BBQ grill with all needed utensils, a nice outside bar area, and a great space outside and inside to chill out.
The hosts are very kind and respond back very quickly to any questions we had.
It is located near many beautiful beaches in the area of Naples.
We would love to stay here again with our family!!! Thank you so much for having us at your wonderful “casita de la playa”

Home Review
A beautiful home which was spotless and in excellent condition. Only negative would be the TV access. Impossible to get national or local TV stations. Get Xfinity or Verizon. Everything else was perfect and the owner was very responsive to any question. A definite Go To spot.

The drive towards the house is lovely. It feels as if you are on a tropical Island. The outdoor area including the pool was perfect for our water loving family. We appreciated the evening pool lighting too.
The house has very good usable space. Our grandsons age 7 and 12 liked the PS3 system~ perfect for some indoor time, after trips to the beach.
The pool had a good supply of pool toys. The beach gear provided was amazing!! The best we've encountered. Umbrellas, beach tables, sand toys, chairs, and a wagon to haul it in!
Alex was quick to respond and proactively checked in during our stay. This is definitely on our "to return" list.

Backyard oasis
The house is truly great and stocked with just about everything you would need to both cook and have an enjoyable trip to the beach, but the backyard pool area is where you will spend all your time. It’s a wonderful space for families and the safety gate is a perfect layer of protection for young children. The hosts were super communicative and responsive when we needed their assistance. Would definitely rent and return to this property again!

Excellent Accomodations for Short Trip to Naples
This property more than met our needs. Two couples stayed in the home for a three day trip to visit family in Naples. The properrty was very clean and had all that we needed for our trip to Naples and was a cost effective alternative to hotel stay. The kitchen worked out well as we cooked in one night. The pool area and outside spaces are excellent. The location was very convenient to downtown Naples. Definitely a great way to visit the area.

We needed a place near where we are building a new home. This house was perfect for us. Property is as advertised. It is an older home that has been nicely remodeled in an establishment residential neighborhood. Pool area is fantastic.the house was well stocked and the owner has a well organized check in process. The price was on the high side but is consistent with the market in Naples. We had a great stay!
