Overall I had a great time for my low key bachelorette there! It is very hard to get there but the views are worth it. The property manager was easy to talk to by email. The views were gorgeous. The pictures of the actual vrbo was accurate. They had a low of new appliances from Viking. We cooked a lot of food while we were there. The only big issue was there was a mouse in the VRBO when we got there but the area does have a lot of wild life. Also, the jacuzzi had a lot of bugs so we did not end up going for a dip. Overall, my friends and I made great memories there

The property has amazing views and outdoor spaces. Both the property and the house were beautiful. We hired a singer/guitarist for our last night during sunset, and it was an incredible evening outside. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful weekend. The only downside was the bugs, though I think that’s expected with being deep in nature. Lol. Just come prepared with bug spray. The only other thing to be aware of is Lyft seems to be the only service who will pick you up at the house, so schedule your ride in advance and you should have no problem. Great house, great stay!

Had a short stay at the property, it is absolutely stunning. Beautifully set up with a lot of activities to do.
My only gripe is that the Hot Tub was not very intuitive, we were not able to get the Heat to work.

Me and my seven friends had a lovely time in this home. It's exactly as described, and the outdoors are truly amazing. Based on other reviews I was afraid we might hear from the owners about noise or parking, but we went inside each night at 10 p.m. and didn't hear anything.
My only advice: bring a portable speaker if you want to be able to listen to music.
I'd love to stay again.

We were a party of 7 for a bachelorette weekend. The property is beautiful with lots of space inside and out with gorgeous views. We hired a chef to come and cook for us and the property management was able to connect me to a bartender. It was a good weeknd and the bride enjoyed her time here.

I stayed here with my 2 sisters stayed here for a long weekend. The Host was very responsive! When asking about using the hot tub he got back to us very shortly with simple video instructions. It was an awesome place to unwind!

I stayed at the Malibu home over Thanksgiving with many of my family members, including a 5 year old. It was the perfect place to get away for a few days - the property was excellent, including the hot tub, the llamas and horses, and of course THE VIEW!! It was also convenient that the home is so close to downtown Malibu.
There were a few items missing or not working at the home, but the property managers were extremely communicative during my stay, and very receptive to the feedback.
We had a fabulous time, and highly recommend this property! I can't wait to stay here again!

I recently had a family reunion with my siblings here and the property was absolutely perfect for what we wanted, a place to relax and enjoy the beauty. We enjoyed every outdoor space equally. We even used the wood fire oven for pizzas!
The communication between us and the property was great and our host even offered to drop off some items we forgot at the house.
I highly recommend this property for any event or intimate gathering.

Property was so beautiful and the view….. breathtaking. The outside entertainment area is incrediable. I could spend all day outside at this property.

We absolutely loved this property. The views and house are even better than the pictures. The staff and especially Alice were extremely accommodating and quick to respond. We had the perfect tiny wedding here and appreciated all of the unique outdoor spaces (backyard, patio, ping pong area). The interior of the house was even bigger than expected. If we could do it over we would choose this property again!

There seems to be an automated system of cameras for noise outside. We weren't being loud, but any noise seems to trigger the cameras and a man yelling at us through the device. I then got an immediate text message saying any noise outside past 10pm would result in "eviction" I understand wanting to keep things quiet due to the area and neighbors and we're very respectful of that. It's not comforting to feel threatened in a home you're renting.
