The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the property inside and out! All the appliances were clean and in working order. The pool is fantastic! It was larger than I thought it would be . We used it every day. The Galaga/MsPacman machine was greatly enjoyed by my grandson and his grandpa. We used the beach wagon for our 8 min trip to the Gulf of Mexico. It was nice having beach access so close. We loved the flamingo theme!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home had everything you would need for a great vacation and was very close to everything including the beach ( we walked to the beach daily). The teens enjoyed the bikes and pool table and all of us loved the outdoor pool. The home has plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a big family. Communication was easy and the owner was reachable and responsive to our questions and concerns. We recommend this home to anyone looking to stay on Marco Island..

We had a nice stay. Had a issue with the garage but we received instant response back and someone was sent over to fix the problem.

We stayed here for a week with our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids under age 14) and had a great time! The house had plenty of space for us and was equipped with everything we needed for the week. It also had some fun extras like a pool table and Ms Pacman machine that added to the experience. The pool and lanai area was perfect for relaxing in afternoons after a day at the beach. The location could not have been better. It was a VERY short walk to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants/stores within walking/biking distance. The garage was stocked with bikes, beach chairs, wagons and beach toys which was really convenient since we flew in from out of state and decided not to rent a car this time. Tyler was a very accommodating host and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Marco Island. We're already looking at the calendar to see about availability here on our next trip to Marco!

Good sized house in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach. One small plumbing issue that we opted to have fixed after we left. Property owner was very responsive. Plenty of beach supplies provided.

Amazing location just a short walk to public beach with umbrellas, chairs and wagon to assist! The pool was very clean and a perfect place to relax with sun or plenty of shade if needed. The bikes are great for getting around. This is a solid place to pick!

This property is in a great location on the island. There is a short walk to the beach access to what seemed to be the best part of the beach (very wide, not overly crowded). We learned that this access point has no large public parking so the crowd seems to stay reasonable. We were able to walk to a number of really good restaurants in the nearby shopping plaza on the nights we chose to go out. Now everyone knows that you can occasionally run into an issue at a rental property and we had one at this home. We encountered what had to be a long-developing plumbing issue on the first morning we were there, which happened to be a Sunday. I don’t penalize the host in my rating if there is a problem but rather base things on the responsiveness and reaction to the issue. Tyler responded immediately and offered to send a plumber on Sunday but we said we would be able to work around the issue for a day and deferred the plumber until Monday. He showed up first thing Monday morning and had the issue (which turned out to be fairly extensive) resolved before we got back from the beach. (Just as a quick aside, it’s obvious this problem was there for a while but must not have been reported by any prior guests. It seems to me that reporting problems helps make things better for future guests.) Overall this home was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate the three couples staying here. The pool and pool area is a big highlight and was where we spent a good deal of our time.

We traditionally stay only in Naples for our yearly trip. This time we decided to also experience Marco Island. This home is impeccable and shouts out FLORIDA Sunshine! Great decor and attention to detail. I highly recommend it!

First time at Marco Island. The house was great for my wife and two teenagers. The pool was a warm 88 degrees while the temp was 75-79 everyday, the week before Christmas, perfect. Only a short 5 to 7 minute walk and my feet were in the sand. The house had plenty of beach towels, bicycles, pool table and room for everyone. Definitely a place we will stay at again.

What a dream to arrive to such a lovely home! Perfectly spread out, all the things a group of 5 needed. Comfort beyond belief…. We hope to stay longer next year! Thank you so much!

I loved my staying in the pink flamingo house , location is perfect , very close to the beach , just a short walking . The house is very spacious ,perfectly equipped with what you need , evening clean . I just did not give the 5 stars for one thing and is the fact that they don’t have bikes for adults . We go to Marco island every single year for vacation , we have being in many houses there , and This is the fist one without bikes . I wish they improve that single detail that I noticed . The rest was perfect for us . Thank you very much .

House was very nicely decorated As it was also clean close walk to the beach Only downside was bed in shark room wasn’t good at all so we did t use that room my daughter slept with me Also didn’t supply garbage bags and wanted me to wash towels but only left 2 pods so had to buy laundry detergent and toilet paper Overall would definitely go back

We loved the house it is just like the pictures. About a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. If you have little ones just make sure that you plan ahead for the walk in case of rain etc. Other than that it is a nice neighborhood and home.

This is a really fun house! Cute decor and fun vibe with the pool and bar. My husband and I stayed with our two small children (one an infant) and our in-laws. The layout of the house worked really well for us functionally. The rest of our family was staying at the JW Marriott across the street and everything was very close and walkable. The house provided lots of conveniences like beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for the kids, high chairs, pack n play, bikes. All things that traveling from out of state we would have otherwise been without. Given all of that, the house itself was not very well stocked. We kept finding ourselves needing toilet paper, shampoo, paper towels, cleaning supplies, all those types of things. We messaged the host and he did delivery some supplies but it took some time for him to get back to us. In his defense it was a holiday weekend. The house is decorated nicely but it could use some updating. I could see this more as a party house than a house for families. It's always hard to tell from photos but I did feel like it wasn't as nice in person as in the photos. Overall, we had a great time and the house worked well for us. Only removing one star because of the supplies issue and the need for some updates. If you are looking to be near the Marriott or the beach you can't beat the location. We had a great time!

Overall, this is a great house with 3 BR and 2 BA. Pretty well updated and good Wi-Fi. The garage was filled with beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas to take to the 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool table was certainly unique and got a lot of use with my grown kids. And the pool was refreshing!

House was clean, well stocked and had a great location. Easy walk to the beach for everyone in our party, which had an age range of 7-62. It was nice that there was a beach wagon to use and lots of beach gear. We did have an issue with a toilet being clogged, but Tyler was very responsive and sent a handyman over to unclog it after we were unsuccessful. Only con of the house is that it is very close to neighbors, and when they were out later at night it literally sounded like they were in the bedrooms with us. One neighbor had a pool party at 9 pm with screaming children, and the other neighbors were just respectfully chatting in their lanai but it was very loud in our bedrooms. I’m thinking perhaps this was due to the houses being close together but also perhaps the windows are on the older side and don’t insulate from sound as well. Hard to ding a property because of the neighbors, and not saying this is in any way Tyler’s fault, but it did take away from our overall experience slightly which is the only reason I didn’t do a 5/5 overall rating.
