Our family thoroughly enjoyed their stay in this beautiful home with all the great amenities just as pictured. The hosts are responsive and available. We are giving it four stars only because of a few housekeeping issues, understanding that a 6 hour turnover is not a lot of time for such a large property. Our stay in this lovely home did not disappoint.

This house was perfect for my friends and I to celebrate a low key bachelorette party! The house itself was beautiful and clean inside and out, with plenty of space and a great pool. It was located about 20 minutes via car from a lot of restaurants and the beach. The owners were flexible and easy to contact, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I highly recommend this house!

We chose this property and location to be close to a family member who lives in Sarasota. Siblings and spouses used this residence for a birthday weekend celebration. The property looked just as the photos displayed. It was well equipped with all the kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils one would need. It is very clean and well maintained. The patio and pool were exceptional. Very private and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Communication with property management was simple and prompt. We would use this property agan with no hesitation.

The home is lovely and had every amenity. The pool and patio were beautiful, although it was too cold for us to enjoy it. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay at this home again in the future.

We were caught up in Southwest Airlines' nervous breakdown at the end of 2022. Was very blessed to make it to this awesome house and proceed with vacation! Owners very prompt in replying to any questions-thank you!!

Three soccer families rented the house and was wonderful. The boys enjoyed the pool, pool table and board games while the parents enjoyed the outdoor living area and cornhole game. Kitchen had everything one would need. There was an umbrella and chairs to use for the beach with plenty of towels. Host was wonderful and accommodated for late checkout.

Our family visited Sarasota for a wedding and combined it with a Thanksgiving celebration. The house worked PERFECT for all of our needs. The kitchen was so well equipped! Something for everyone to do with outstanding accomodations. Communication with owner was consistent and quick! Cant wait to return. Next time, a summer trip where I will totally unwind floating in the swimming pool and grilling out back!!

Overall the house was very nice and accurate to the listing photos. However the mattress in the smallest bedroom was awful and seemed like it was broken and sloped down in the middle, so we ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. The rest of the beds were fine.

Okay this house is even better than the pictures show! Beautiful, clean, spacious bedrooms/loft, gorgeous backyard, safe neighborhood. Randy was so accommodating and responded quickly to our messages. Seriously couldn’t say better things about this property, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. It was nice having the pool for the kids to cool off in the afternoon and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for our large family to cook and eat!

Great vacation home!
We had a great family vacation at this home!! Loved the kitchen, and outdoor areas, especially the pool! Enjoyed playing games with the crew, and the beautiful downtown Sarasota area as well.

Great Stay at a beautiful place
Randy's place was great for our family meetup. They had 4 nice sized rooms and a game room. We really enjoyed the outdoor area that was screened in and covered so we could play games while we got rained out from the outside. There was even a pack and play for our baby. It is 15 minutes from the beach which was not a problem for us.
