I have never had a bad experience with a VRBO property but I can honestly say this was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. Everything in the unit is like brand new. It was quiet, comfortable, and spotless. The host was also excellent. I would definitely recommend this property.

Such an amazing space. Every detail cared to by Chuck. They even left us a cooler and table for our tailgate at Arrowhead. This place is truly amazing and a complete blast! I would stay here everytime I'm in Kansas City. You will not be disappointed!

Great get away place for a weekend with friends, open, spacious and designed to draw you into conversations of the photos throughout the penthouse. We found everything we needed at our fingertips. Many special touches by hosts, even a jar of often forgotten supplies. Minutes from all power & light, great restaurants and bars. Or tuck in for a night at home or on the deck. We loved this space! We will be back. Chuck was fantastic to work with, very kind, informative! Thanks for the welcome basket, we loved it.

Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The place worked perfectly for a group of 7 women for a long weekend. A few places were within walking distance and the Plaza and Power & Light district were just a short uber away, which we never waited for more than 10 min. The host obviously takes pride in the condo from decor to speakers to the details such as having hair-ties available.

I travel a great deal and have never stayed in a better VRBO. Host was an amazing communicator, provided services above and beyond. Home was perfect Extremely clean and high functioning with many thoughtful extras Easy access and parking. Excellent!

My friends and I came to KC for a bachelorette party. This place was absolutely perfect. Everything from communication with the property man so, to the cleanliness, to the space and roominess was to notch! The loft truly made our weekend so special!

We had an excellent time at this property! It was very clean and very well decorated. We loved the location and enjoyed playing pool. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a fantastic place. The upgrades and remodeling that have been made to this house, are simply spot on. You get to go back in time a and experience some crazy decades (via art), but still have todays first class amenities. Great job!

Chuck was a very accommodating host! I stayed here with my bridal party the night before getting married. From the moment we walked in, we’re instantly impressed! This home is incredible, clean, modern, and fun! The views were my favorite part which overlooked the downtown area. Chuck was quick to respond to messages and made check in/out easy and simple. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Great stay for the Bengals v Chiefs AFC Championship weekend! Who Dey! First class all the way, this is a great spot in an urban area. Clean, spacious and has a great modern feel. Chuck was responsive and communicative which made things easy for all of us

Best place in kc!
We stayed here for a weekend gathering of about 8 friends and family for my fiancé’s 30th birthday, which is also New Year’s Day. Friday night we went out to celebrate, but we stayed here on Saturday to hang out and watch football and play games. We ended up having way more fun staying at the house than we did going out. The TV is huge and was great for watching games, and the couch was perfect for to lounge on. The variety of board games plus the pool table offered plenty to do on a where it was brutally cold and snowy outside.
The beds were all insanely comfortable, and there are trains that go by fairly frequently - I’m not sure if they’re a little further away or if it’s the result of great insulation, but the sound of distant trains going by had a white noise effect that I really liked.
The master bath and giant closet + desk and mirror made a great spot for a few of us to get ready on Friday night. The half bath and master bath being downstairs really came in handy for having a group of people hang out in the living room all day, and it was also nice to have the half bath for the people who slept on the Murphy bed and couch Friday night, since they didn’t have their “own” like the people who stayed in the upstairs rooms.
The rooftop was amazing - we checked it out briefly on Friday afternoon when the weather was still okay, but we all agreed we need to come back sometime to fully enjoy it in the summertime. Overall, the aesthetic of the entire place was magazine-worthy - we kept joking about filming an MTV cribs parody. The abundance of light switches, window shades, cups/dishes, blankets, etc. made everything so accessible - there was never a time where we were in need of something that wasn’t right there.
The owner/property manager was very responsive and helpful to us and the check in/check out process was as easy as I’ve ever had.
I could rave about this place for another few paragraphs, but I don’t want this review to get so long that people won’t read it. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, and we are ready to come back as soon as we have an occasion!

Easy access to and from airport and arrowhead stadium. 6-8 guys don't leave the property and enjoyed the pool table, kitchen and deck! Will be back

Chuck the owner was amazing to deal with super attentive and helpful. We had 2 15 year old boys 1 16 so the house was perfect the pool table was perfect to keep them entertained. Everything was awesome 5 stars except the location. Not being familiar with KC we didn’t know exactly where this location was. It was 5-7 minutes from everything but didn’t feel comfortable for the boys to be outside the house without us, just not much for kids to do outside of the house. Other then that everything about this house is awesome. Thanks Chuck we will stay again when we are back in KC
