The residence was very clean and welcoming. Plenty of room for two couples. Neighborhood was adequate as were the neighbors. We did have an issue with the dishwasher not working, which I notified the property management right away. Would recommend this place.

Not a flexible management. They didn’t allow us to get a earlier check-in time or even a later check-out time. We called TurnKey and they tried to help over the phone. When that did not work they sent an air conditioner technician over within a couple of hours and he found the problem. It was very quick service.

Master down w/ huge full bath. Two generous sized bedrooms up with shared huge bath. Closets are very large. *PLUS each upstairs bedroom has walk out sliding glass door to upstairs wrap around COVERED deck with patio furniture. So cool. Downstairs kitchen has sliding glass doors to downstairs COVERED deck with pick nick style table / bench AND a grill. Family room furniture is super comfortable. I slept on the couch one night. It was great. Big TV and easy to access your subscription memberships like Prime or Netflix. Kitchen island is amazing. Board games were left out for us and we enjoyed a few games on the deck at night. Parking is great with private driveway entry. No apparent noise. I felt safe and it seemed like everything was no more than 15 min drive depending on where we went. We had a blast. Totally set up for entertaining and enjoying time with those with you or in the area at the time. All that stayed had nothing negative to say. I'd book again. Just note: Check out time is check out time. At exactly the minute of check out time, cleaning staff was knocking on the door to clean and get the place ready for new guests. Great kitchen, comfortable living room, good sized bedrooms, and very nice bathrooms. The beds are all comfortable and the bedding is nice. The kitchen has all the key things for cooking in home. The decks provide nice outdoor spaces. Your are less than 2 miles from the trails along the river and can bike or Uber just 2 miles to great restaurants on 6th street or 3 miles to downtown. We really loved this house! The aesthetics of the house were on point. Super cute and cozy with a high-end kitchen that had a ton of utensils if you wanted to cook. The location was also fantastic. If you look on google satellite, if may have you wondering, but this area is going through gentrification and is surrounded by great places to eat in the area, but was also just a $20 uber ride downtown for dinner on Saturday night. There are a few things that would have made our stay just about perfect, so just a couple of things to consider for future VRBO'ers - There were only a few wash cloths, so we ended up having to do a load each day we left so that we would have wash clothes for the evening. This wasn't a big deal, but a few more wash cloths would have saved us a couple of loads. So, bring a loofah or bring laundry detergent if you use wash cloths. On the flip so though, the did have toiletries in each bathroom which was a nice to have.Also, there were no paper towels and no extra trash bags. Unfortunately, we didn't realize this about the paper towels until we had already been to the HEB (which is close and a plus!) to get the laundry detergent so we had to go back to get paper towels. And didn't realize about the trash bags until after we had stopped to get paper towels. I understand not wanting to leave an entire box out for people to get more than their fair share, but a couple of rolls of paper towels and trash bags would have been handy and I would imagine might help guests tidy up if needed.Lastly, we had an issue with the key code. On Friday morning, after returning from brunch, our key code didn't work. I was able to call and speak to a Turnkey Rep and she was able to set up a temp code for us to get in. Unfortunately, that was only a 24-code and come Saturday morning, we once again didn't have a code. But Turnkey had texted me the code to a lockbox with a hide-away key and I was able to get it and just used it the rest of our stay. Overall, was very pleased with my ability to get in touch with them quickly, back in the house quickly, and they had a solution to the problem. Very much appreciation them being very responsive!Overall, I would definitely recommend this house to someone and would love to stay there again!!
