The location is central to the ski resorts and right off the highway. The covered parking is great. We stayed on the first floor before in this complex and the floors were cold. This unit is on the second floor so no cold feet. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathrooms are nicely updated.

This condo is in a great location right on the water with a view of the lake. The town of Dillon has everything you need, dining, groceries, liquor restaurants, ski rentals, etc.. The condo interior is perfectly fine with everything you need to cook, the kitchen is well stocked. They have recently upgraded the bathrooms which is a super amenity. My only suggestion would be to reduce the digital entry lock code from 10 digits to four. LOL. It became an issue trying to juggle equipment and have to bring up the combo on my phone. Small price to pay for such a great place.

This condo is in a great location right on the water with a view of the lake. The town of Dillon has everything you need, dining, groceries, liquor restaurants, ski rentals, etc.. Fantastic would definitely recommend. Spacious, cozy and comfortable. Really enjoyed. Bathrooms are remodeled and nice. Parking was convenient.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice and spacious rental property in Dillon, within a very short walk to the amphitheater. There were a few minor cleanliness issues with the place, but overall it was great. There was a rowdie bunch of partiers in the complex who insisted on partying on their balcony until the wee morning hours. Also, bring your own soap. We were only given one small bar. And no shampoo or other immenities. Also wish they would be a little more flexible on the early check in. Otherwise, it was a great place and a nice expierence.

Very nice place with great views outside of lake Dillion and mtns ! Everything good and accurate as described except Hot tub was shut down due to Covid. That was only the downside everything else 5 stars.

Good place to stay and good location. Check in and other instructions were easy to follow. Good communication.

They talked aloud and laughed aloud. I can hear from both sites of the unit, which was extremely disturbing and annoying. On Sunday morning, I met a gentleman living downstairs expressing the same frustration to the noise and the parties. It seems we are not the only one being bothered.2) The access code is not working very well. At first, during the first entry, the original code was not working, and we had to call the management. Though the management reacted quickly by issuing the new code, it took us at least 20 minutes to get inside. The following two days, each time we had to attempts several times to open the door, which is not convenient. Wish is an access code that is easy to use.

Loved the location and the condo was very nice. The only negative was that we received complaints about our noise level, which was ridiculous. It was a Friday and Saturday over July 4th and it was well before 10:00pm. We weren’t being disruptive and it was annoying to get 6(!) texts from the property manager about complaints. Including saying security was being dispatched (which never happened). Very frustrating!!

Wonderful 2-bedroom condo - just a short walk to the reservoir, and a quick drive to the many ski resorts in the area. Clean and well laid-out, it served my two sons and I perfectly. My only regret is that the ski areas all shut down and we had to leave early! Would come back again in calmer/safer times in a heartbeat.

Reviewer Comments: We (2 adult couples) so enjoyed our time in this cozy condo. The view was spectacular. We either drove or shuttled to Keystone and Breck, and even took a day at Vail, less than 45 minutes away. Kitchen well equipped for cooking (breakfast for us) and a couple of great places within walking distance for lunch and dinner (don't miss The Arapahoe Cafe). Gas logs made for nice evenings relaxing in the living room. We imagine this place will be equally lovely in the summertime, with the great views of Lake Dillon and the mountains. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook this condo.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived after a day of skiing and snow cold and ready to relax., but the key code was wrong and it became an unacceptable hassle to get the key code from TurnKey. We finally got into the rental and the ticket for the car to verify parking was no where to be found. The large trash can had no bag and there were no large trash bags. The master toilet sometimes loudly leaks through the flap. It could be a great place to stay but, too many misses after a terrible start.
