Historic area and adorable house in a central location. It was just my husband and I but this would be the perfect place for a family get-away, very kid-friendly. It is on a busy street, but in a great neighborhood. We had a very comfortable stay!

We loved our stay and will seek this property out in the future when we are in Tyler! The host was very accomodating and the furnishings were really comfortable!

The layout of the house is perfect for friends and family to vacation together. Great layout, kitchen eating area and workout room. No backyard and the driveway is not paved so muddy in wet weather.
Other reviews say the downtown location of this house is busy but the house is quiet-we completely agree!

Property was wonderful. Only issue was the keypad on the front door was not functioning properly, delaying our check in. Other than that it was a perfect listing for our family.

Watch additional guest cost
Schedule the house for a baseball tournament, tournament canceled a week before we checked in. My husband and I went in a weekend vacation. Not happy with the wording of sleeps eight, was billed for 8 people. May help if they add additional charge for more then two people. May need to list it’s by a busy road, a lot of traffic through out the night. Lights from cars show through the side of the shades, for the shades are too small for the windows.

This is a very lovely place; spacious, clean. The patio was really nice and it had plenty parking. We had a very comfortable stay.

Good location. We stayed a week but wished it had a washer and dryer. Decorated with lots of charm.

This was a perfect home for us to get together to celebrate Christmas/New Year. It had all of the amenities needed and we had a wonderful visit and made amazing memories. We highly recommend this property if you are planning a visit to Tyler.
