We stayed here for my daughters track meet at Hayward. Although not walkable it’s a 10 min drive. House was comfortable with a lovely back yard. It’s in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. Perfect for us

My parents, husband, two teens, and I were comfortable here. The house is clean and the neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The location is close to stores and restaurants. We all agreed we would stay again!

Large floor plan and 4 bedrooms were great for accommodating the 5 of us. All necessary bathroom, linens and kitchen amenities we needed were supplied. Nice outdoor seating in front and back yard with large trees to shade seating areas.

Will definitely try to get this site for future family visits to Eugene. Clean, spacious, and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.

Our family group of 8 ranged in age from 14-78. This home was very comfortable and the layout was easy for a wheel chair and a walker to get around in.and still feel part of everything going on, no matter what room they wanted to be in. The host was great & quick to respond to questions.😊. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some The backyard is beautiful with plenty of room for the dog to enjoy also. The front and back covered porches were nice to sit with hot chocolate and watch the rain. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home Micah!

This vacation home is roomy and has a great layout. Well decorated. A wonderful, wide covered front patio. The mature shrubs and the garden filled with naturalized bulbs and new sprouts...this would be a wonderful spring vacation rental. Completely fenced backyard, in a dog-walking friendly neighborhood. Nice large driveway on a street that ends, so no through traffic. It was comfortable and easily suited the needs of two adult couples with well-behaved dogs.

My family celebrated Christmas on New Years Eve in Eugene with my daughter who lives there. My other two daughters, their families, and my husband and I stayed at this Cal Young home. We were very comfortable and felt at home there. It was clean and quiet. Very roomy. Thank you for the hospitality!

This property is clean, spacious and comfortable! Our son attends the local university and we’ve already begun talking about booking this space for the numerous visits we’ll be making over the course of the next 3 years! Located in a lovely neighborhood, this home away from home offers a nice kitchen, gathering spaces and comfy, cozy beds! The whole house has been recently updated and the furnishings are well appointed and somewhat minimalistic. Restaurant recommendations left in the house info folder were great too! We had everything we needed to have a thoroughly enjoyable weekend stay!!! Special appreciation to Micah for his flexibility with check-out times. Our flight home was later in the day so he was able to accommodate to check out a little later than 10am, which was a huge help to our family! One request - it would be lovely to have tissues in the bathrooms! Definitely something we didn’t think about grabbing at the grocery store! We are looking forward to returning in the near future!

The house is fantastic. We spent a lot of time out back on the patio. It’s a great location! Very quiet. The house is beautifully updated and very clean. Great trip!

We really loved the layout of this home and the neighborhood. It allowed three separate families (totaling 8 people) to comfortably spend time together without feeling like we were on top of each other. The home was clean, fully-fenced backyard for our dog, and well-maintained. We would stay here again, if the opportunity presents itself.

Well kept home and yard. Games, puzzles, clean and sanitize in all rooms. Thank you for ping pong table. Clear instructions. Could use one more flat screen.

My husband and I traveled from Maine to Oregon for a family reunion. We were joined by other family members from Nebraska. It was great for all of us to ge together. We got locked out and the owner was very responsive and took care of this issue. The fenced in backyard was AMAZING! The garden was absolutely beautiful!!! We enjoyed the BBQ and the outside table and chairs. The neighborhood is very quiet, too. There is also plenty of parking. We would definitely stay again.

I loved the location of this property. It was clean but there were no cleaning supplies and we were expected to leave the house as we found it. Moreover, one roll of paper towels was not enough. The washing machine is very loud. Overall, great space and would recommend. I simply wish they had cleaning supplies and more paper towels available in order to clean the kitchen counters etc.

My family had a nice weekend together at this classic ranch house in March 2022. It was very clean and well maintained with a huge yard and a great location. We especially liked the neighborhood that was very family friendly.
