House was exactly as described and we received excellent communication and instructions from the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing, enough space for everyone to enjoy their space, the beds were great and the kitchen was equipped with just about everything. Steps away from the beach and restaurants. Our only concers was the dock, it needs to be redone, we brought our jet skis and unfortunatelly they got damage due to wood rod seashelles. It can definitely use some dock wheels and dock edging, also super dangerous for kids,they could easily get hurt.

Location was perfect! We just had a few issues with TVs, garage door opener and some supplies. Maintenance came even though it was a holiday weekend. Otherwise, we loved our stay here!

Parking was a mess when we arrived and throughout our stay. We had other units blocking our spot to park inside of the garage when we arrived. There should be extra parking in front of the unit but the same two vehicles never left our whole stay (an old Green van and a White dodge car) so that's not true about parking on the street. Then multiple times again throughout the week other properties' SUVs or cars blocked us in when we tried to leave a couple of times for our lunch/dinner reservations making us late a few times. One guest staying in the middle left unit (sharing the same walkway to the front door- a brown wooden door) was rude since we had to keep asking her to move their SUV. You can not pull out or in to get on the street or to the unit with their big SUV blocking the entrance quite a few times. Other than parking and the very hot temperature in the unit. It was a nice stay and enjoyed the beach and good food. I would recommend coming during the fall /winter months when the temperature is not as hot as June due to the place being so hot and coming from the hot beach was not what we were expecting.
The home is nice and has comfortable beds and is decorated very cute and the pull-out sofas were a nice add-on to have. The home had all the chairs, toys, and beach items you could ever need and a nice wagon to use. I wish we would have known that so that we could have left all our items at home. It was close to the beach and within walking distance of a few places and food. The only other negative things besides the parking situation were the AC and one bedroom sheets (pink room) were not clean and had sand all over them from dirty feet. So that room was not cleaned. Thankfully they have a washer and dryer and we brought our detergent and washed them and had another set of sheets in the closet upstairs that we used for the time. When we arrived the home was 78 degrees and took over 2 hours to get the temperature down to 75 and kept going back up to 78 degrees every 2 hours. It was horrible and I sent a message to the homeowners but nothing changed. I think the coldest the unit got was 72 degrees but with it being 97+ degrees in June outside was still too hot for us in the unit.

Stayed 3 nights with 8 people for a high school graduation celebration. Great location with an easy, short walk to beautiful beach. Lots of supplies (towels and beach supplies etc) Nice, currently furnished, roomy unit. Cool beachy colors. Had a wonderful stay! We made great memories. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great weekend celebrating my father's 69th birthday with my brother. The property is new and very clean. Open concept with a great view of the channel side. Air conditioning is pre-set, but it was relatively mild when we visited. Beach is one block away with easy public access. Highly recommend for a family getaway.

This is a great location and the apartment had everything advertised. Very clean and well stocked, we wanted for nothing. Located right on the water, each morning was an opportunity to watch the dolphins swimming right outside.

Overall, the home is well outfitted and roomy. The location is perfect for the beach and area restaurants. Easy living for a family vacation.
2 watchouts: 1) house temperature - home owner has installed Nest thermostats and sets the temperature for you. It took quite a few phone calls to gain our own access and was an ongoing battle to turn the temp back up as it was constantly being reset for us.
2) Parking - Parking is tight for the 8 units. The various renters seemed to be courteous. Our issue was the family who lives next door and maintains the complex. They parked their own cars in various places. They caused us to miss a golf tee time one day as we couldn't get our car out of the garage.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. The home was very clean and included everything you need plus lots of extra little touches; card games, printer and office supplies, beach gear and coolers. A quick walk to the beach and centrally located to lots of other attractions. We even saw a dolphin a couple morning right off the dock!! Thanks for the great place!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. The home was very clean and included everything you need plus lots of extra little touches; card games, printer and office supplies, beach gear and coolers. Great location! Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Ample parking and just a three minute walk from the beach. Home was clean and had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Would definitely book again.

Overall, the house was exactly what we needed... a place big enough to comfortably sleep three couples that was walking distance to the beach and a short driving distance to nearby attractions. We did have a few complaints with housekeeping though. We were specifically told we could not check in early because they wanted to ensure the house was clean. However, it was obvious the house was not throughly cleaned. There was trash and an accumulation of dust underneath the beds, and the floors throughout the house felt a little grimy. Some of the dishes in the kitchen were also visibly dirty/greasy. The check out instructions do ask that guests run the dishwasher before leaving, but dishwasher detergent isn’t provided. We also weren’t provided enough trash bags and toilet paper for the length of our stay (6 adults staying for 6 days / 5 nights). Housekeeping issues aside, the house was in a great location, had lots of seating throughout, had a beautiful view of the water, and was super convenient to the beach.

We really enjoyed this property a lot. It really is close to the beach and although we didn't get to enjoy the local beaches much due to red tide, we did make use of the chairs and beach cart when we drove to Anna Maria Island. The property is also conveniently located towards dining.
Only four stars on cleanliness because the floors had some crumbs and needed to be cleaned. The only other negative was that the air conditioning resets to 70 every few hours and so it would be cold in the middle of the night.

Always a nice stay on the bay
This is our second time staying in this row of units, but first time in this particular one. It was nicely updated and clean. The temperature in this one seemed better than other units (given it’s fixed and can’t be reset) and didn’t get as hot as the other unit we stayed in. Not sure if this is because the way the sun hits the bedroom or if they have their thermostat set cooler. They provided washing supplies and a good start of paper towels and tp. The only drawback for us was no grill. We grill all week when we vacay and I failed to notice this unit did not have one. Luckily, our friends staying two doors down let us use theirs. The walk to the beach is easy, just watch any kiddos crossing the street. There are a handful of restaurants and bars in walking distance but by car far more options. Thankfully, the Elsa storm stayed away that week!

The location was great. Our view of the cove/bay was nice. The parking took a little getting use to and if we had a larger vehicle we would not have fit.
