This property was really beautiful and well-appointed. Beds we’re comfortable and kitchen and bathroom had all we needed. We lucked out with parking for the most part though we did part in unit’s small gated spot. (The back area was very cute and parking worked- though it was a narrow fit.) We really enjoyed our brief stay.

Well that is what my grandson called it! We (5 of us) has a wonderful time walking to the canals, the beach, and to shops and restaurants on Abbot Kinney. Nice house, very comfortable and clean.

My 19 year old son and I decided to spend the last week of his holiday break in LA to visit friends and work. The house was the perfect size for us and was adorable. It was very near to Abbott Kinney so we were very close to great shops and restaurants. Street parking was as easy as the owner said. And, speaking of the owner, she was VERY responsive every step of the way! She was a delight to rent from and very easy to reach. We would stay there again and highly recommend it!

We had a very nice extended visit and were pleased with this Venice house rental. It had the charm of a beach house. Was welcoming, clean, organized, and well located for walking and driving. Shana/host was easy to communicate with, accommodating and responsive. The good complementary coffee options and makers were a nice touch, especially in the early mornings and when it was pouring rain. Thank you for welcoming us to your home, we would gladly return on a future visit.

We stayed here for about a week to do many of the touristy things around LA. It was a pretty easy drive to everything (got stuck in traffic one afternoon heading downtown but otherwise great) and we loved the proximity to A-K Blvd. and all of the neat shops and restaurants when we were taking it easy. The house was well furnished both the kitchen and the other essentials (soap, detergent, paper towels, etc.). We were able to find a parking spot on the street all but one time and then we did manage to drive into the parking spot from the alley. Shana was quick to respond the few times we did have a question about something. The only words of caution I would share would be that the noise from A-K did make it tough to nap in the afternoon (but did not go late at night or in the morning) and also that we loved all of the natural light in the back bedroom (and in the kitchen!) but were glad that we had our eyeshades for sleeping since the light does come in as soon as the sun is up. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.

The location to the beach and shopping/ restaurants is perfect. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was extremely clean. My family of 5 had plenty of space and we would rent again when we return to Venice. Great beach house!!

Everything was spectacular! The location, safety of the neighborhood/ street/ community, atmosphere, and the house itself was just wonderful!!! I will definitely rent from Shana if I am in Lala land again~ thanks for everything Shana :)

Beautifully renovated and decorated cottage in a fantastic location - Abbot Kinney is just a 1 minute away but the house is still quiet and peaceful - beach and boardwalk (and The Wee Chippy) is an easy 10 minute stroll. Shana is an excellent host / responded quickly to any questions and the house was sparkling clean when we arrived

We had a rental car and never used it(the single parking space is tight so a smaller sedan or compact car is all that will fit). We went everywhere on foot and by bike (we rented beach cruisers at the Venice Boardwalk). The property manager was prompt. We highly recommend this home.

Perfect little getaway for the family - great neighborhood gem with tons of surrounding shops, restaurants etc. I would return for sure!!

Loved this little hideaway in Venice Beach. Great walking neighborhood - close to shops/restaurants, beach and canals. Loved hopping on Bird scooters to get around too. Would be helpful to know coffee machine is a Nespresso since it requires special pods. I brought a pound of ground coffee that I couldn’t use…otherwise great experience

Just rent this home. You won’t regret. Owner fast communicator, steps to Abbot-Kinney, few blocks from beach, quiet, residential street. This is my dream home!

The space was perfect for our game night because the living room area is open layout with a large table and a nice couch area. All in very happy and will stay here again!
