I stayed here with friends. It was a great property for 4 guys to stay. The property owner was very proactive with communication and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

There were two issues the owner should correct. The hot water for the showers would never get quite hot enough. It did not seem to matter how long you ran it. It seemed odd to me that there was not a drip coffee maker. There was a keurig with 3 of the little cups. There was ground coffee in the pantry, but no way to prepare it.

We feel like the pictures online were misleading. You would think it was new house. This house has no curb appeal. I was afraid to get out of the car. The floors are beautiful on the pictures but need serious repair. The owner is aware but did not let us know prior to us coming or offer an discount since the repair person couldn’t come prior to our visit. The house was not clean for our visit. The oven had not been cleaned in months. We turned it on and it set off the smoke alarms, because it was nasty. We had to clean the oven so we could cook our Thanksgiving dinner. Yes the owner refunded cleaning fee, but once again we should have received some of our money back for the house. Ants came out, not sure if it was due to rain or broken floor. The owner did not make us aware that the bedroom with the twin beds had water damage. The wall and base boards need serious repair. The master bedroom has no vent for heat or air. In our case, Dallas was cold and rainy so therefore the bathroom stayed cold so we had to go out and buy a heater to keep the bathroom warm. The water in the shower only got warm never hot. There is no tub to bath the little kids. No I will not stay at this home again. I had to do too much to make us comfortable and that’s not fair when I’m on vacation. I paid what you requested, so therefore all repairs and cleaning should have been done prior to our visit or the owner should have contacted me and gave me an option to find another home or offer an discount. We were definitely mislead by the pictures. I pray the owner will make it right.

The house is roomy, good set up for a family. Having a garage to park the car in was a nice bonus.

My wife and daughter shared the rental with our sister/bro in law and their two kids. House was very clean, easy check-in/check-out process, simple instructions and easily accommodated the 7 of us (father in-law stayed the last night in the extra guest bed we had available). Very nice place to stay in the Garland area.
