We liked the comfortable beds and the house was cozy and spacious. We liked also kitchen which was fully equipped.

Trying to leave a fair review...but our first impression was not good, as the front door was ajar and the house was completely untouched by the cleaning service when we arrived. It took a bit, but I was able to contact the owner who did immediately send out a cleaning lady. After a long day of driving we were exhausted and then had to wait until the cleaning was done to settle in. Once the cleaning lady was done, the home was clean, but still felt "unclean" partly because of the first bad impression and because of a terrible "old home" smell. It was really quite strong. Thankfully we didn't spend much time in the home outside of sleeping and eating breakfast. The beds are quite comfortable and bathrooms decent (could be updated a bit more) and the A/C worked beautifully. The kitchen is small and no dishwasher. We never had to cook a meal there, and I wouldn't want to, but it worked for cold breakfast. The backyard is fenced in, but the wooden table is dirty...a nicer outdoor table with an umbrella would be nice for those warm summer evenings. My biggest disappointment is after being promised some kind of reimbursement for the trouble we experienced, that all proved to be just talk. I wasn't asking for a full refund or anything, just a small financial acknowledgment that we didn't get our full money's worth. This home was also quite expensive for what it was (we VRBO all over the west coast and this was by far the worst value - supply and demand in Three Rivers I guess).

The best thing about this place is the beds are comfortable and it’s close to park. Otherwise the owner was not nice to communicate with and didn’t leave essentials listed in description such as adequate linens. The description had laundry listed when I booked but the washing machine was broken and he did not even put a sign on it or notify me it was broken. I had a load of laundry with detergent on clothes in washer when I discovered it was broken. The worse part is there was no dishwasher, which is fine, but the owners left NO towels to dry dishes with. That’s just unsanitary. When I asked about the washer he responded it was broken immediately and when I complained he could have at least told me he purposefully didn’t respond until I told him we were checked out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This house was very spacious, cozy and comfortable. I was really pleased to see how well kept it is. Would recommend it for a big group.

The place is very clean and organized and the beds are sooo comfortable. About a 10 minute drive to the park entrance so perfect. Make sure you know the Wifi log in before you get there because there is NO cell signal. The Wifi was nice and fast. Kyle was very responsive.

The day before we were to arrive in Three Rivers we received a message from Kyle that the air-conditioning in his VRBO was not working and he wasn't sure when it would be repaired. This was a real problem considering the weather during our stay was unseasonably hot. Kyle immediately made arrangements with two other VRBO's in the Three Rivers area to accommodate us during our stay. He was in constant contact with us to make sure our vacation was a success.
