The condo was surprisingly well stocked and i tried to leave it that way when we left. What small issues we had they were quick to respond too. I was shocked to see the storage closet full of beach goodies for our use. The kids enjoyed them. The balcony had new chairs and it was nice to enjoy them while watching the sunrises. Thank you two for all you do for your patrons. It was a beautiful experience and i wouldn't hesitate to do it again thru you :)

We had a wonderful stay at the Perdido Sun. John and Cindy were great at answering all our questions. The condo was perfect and it was well stocked with all the items anyone would need for a comfortable stay. The beach was only a few steps away. Thank you for making our family vacation great.

Of the 7 years of fall breaks we’ve been coming here this is the most packed it has ever been.
This was our secret spot with very little crowds and since the hurricane hit Mexico beach/Panama city beach it has become overly crowded IMO. Still a nice place to be though. I will say the families who allowed their children to run from the beach to the pool and hot tub unsupervised really frustrated me quite a bit. The gentleman smoking inside the indoor pool was quite inconsiderate too.
Our condo was great as per usual the beds were very comfy which doesn’t happen often! Plenty of seating in Living areas , I guess it’s the mass of inconsiderate no etiquette people that made it less enjoyable. Setting your chairs literally inches from ours and blaring your music - rude

This condo is in a great location and has everything you will ever need. Pleasantly surprised with all the beach equipment and toys available for use. Property is quiet and well maintained.

It take is a beautiful place to stay! Friendly staff, nice pools, beautiful ocean views! Close proximity to many things to do! The hosts were prompt at responding and their condo is lovely. I will be recommending to my friends and family! 😁

Loved the condo. Great living space. Storage closet was a nice additional feature. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Kitchen was well stocked. Pools were amazing. Beach access was great for our multigenerational group.

My wife and I have adopted, and foster, several children besides our own. We have a large family and it’s hard for us to find accommodations that fit us. We’ve been bringing our family to the the Gulf Coast area for almost ten years and this has been the best experience we’ve had with a condo. It was just a little on the expensive side but the accommodations were awesome. Plenty of room and the location was fantastic. I do wish we could’ve had two parking passes but I completely understand why we couldn’t. My kids loved the villagio and went to visit several nights. Our family has made so many memories this year because of this opportunity

Just getting home from a weeklong family beach vacation in Perdido Key. Our stay was awesome, and our hosts John and Cindy were prompt and helpful in answering the couple of questions we had. Everything from the well appointed kitchen, to the two dining areas and large living room, the outdoor storage space with beach equipment to the beautiful views from our balcony added up to a memorable getaway. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable stay at the beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo! The unit has an amazing living space for everyone to gather and enjoy beachfront activities. 2 comfortable king beds and bunks for the younger set to sleep in each with their own bath. Beautiful pool area and walks on the beach every day. Two great places to eat across the street and a cafe for coffee and ice cream. Everything we needed for our family to all meet in the area. Thank you so much John and Cindy!

We loved our family Christmas week at the Perdido Sun. The indoor pool was so warm despite the cold temps. The condo was as spacious as the pictures make it look. Wonderful time- hope to come back!

We loved our time at Perdido Sun. Your condo was very beautiful and accommodating. It was a great getaway from all the hustle and bustle. We loved how we were in a less busy part of the beach but still only about 15-20 minutes away from all the tourist attractions in Gulf Shores. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

This was the perfect vacation home! It’s beautiful, spacious, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, great location of building and the unit. The balcony was awesome! We watched pods of dolphins every morning!! Bonus that the unit is beside the trash chute and by one of the elevators. We didn’t hear other guest which was nice. All the amenities and having things well stocked made it feel home away from home and prevented us from having to make multiple runs to the store!! They even have a waffle maker which made the kids happy as we forgot to pack ours!! All the Beds were comfy. Loved the double dining tables!! John & Cindy were extremely easy to work with and very polite. Perdido Sun as a whole was a lovely condominium establishment. Everyone was very nice, pools were well maintained, love the security features, very nice place.
Absolutely recommend and would without a doubt stay again!!

Upon arriving to the unit we discovered no blinds on window behind loveseat, windows on both sides of the sliding glass doors. No curtains on the sliding glass doors along with the side windows. Notified owner and nothing was done. Reported stain on carpet in bedroom. The unit would be cooler with window coverings. The unit is very nice and we would stay again. Hope the window covering are replaced.

Amazing Family Vacation
John and Cindy’s place was the perfect spot to stay for our family! We had plenty of space and the access to the beach and outdoor/indoor pools were great! We also appreciated the beach gear since we had a far trip and lots to bring with us already!

Spacious with great views!
John and Cindy were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We loved the space inside and outside the condo. We had 4 adults and 2 small children and the unit was perfect. Everyone had enough space to spread out. Views were awesome and the double pools at the property came in handy. Overall, I'd definitely come back.

We had a nice stay and and owner was good to work with. Wish the dates could of been a little more flexible. One thing we DID NOT like was that the parking is terrible. You get 2 parking passes. 1 for a vehicle to park at the resort and one across the street. Well there is nobody checking vehicles at night for parking passes and so many nights, both of our vehicles had to be across the street because people without passes were parked in our parking spots. Also didn’t really like how there was nobody in the lobby working throughout the night if something was needed. Also the trash company comes VERY early in the morning so be prepared to get woken up. Sometimes around 2:30am.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The condo was clean and staff very courteous. We watched the Blue Angels practice while we were sitting on the beach and enjoyed coffee each morning on the patio watching for dolphins. Local restaurants were fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Excellent property steps from the beach!
This property was a great find! Beautiful, spacious and with everything you could possibly need or want! The outdoor pool was huge, the large indoor pool was a great bonus though we never needed it and the beach was perfect! The owner was great and responsive for any questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great get away!
We had a wonderful week. This was our first stay at this complex, but it was a winner. I love that it wasn't a high rise so the beach wasn't as crowded and getting around was easy. Outdoor eating and ice cream across the street! Great when you have grandchildren with you. Our host was very gracious and accomdating. We'll be back!
