Clean, bright, open house on quiet street walking distance from beach. Private backyard/patio with large heated pool. We enjoyed eating outdoors most evenings. Incredibly responsive/attentive property manager and owner. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was a perfect size for our family. The location was the absolute best part - 4 minute walk to the marina and The Cove shopping complex. Quiet neighborhood. The house is as pictured and the owner was wonderful - very responsive!

Our family spent Christmas at the Cove! We had a wonderful time. Check out was very easy and the host was so kind. They even provided a pack n’ play and some baby swim toys for our 7 month old! A short drive to the beach and town with lots to do!
The house was clean, beautiful, and spacious! We would definitely stay again!

Such a perfect home for a perfect stay! My girlfriends and I had an amazing time. The house was soooo beautifully decorated, it was immaculate as well! It was exactly what I hoped for.

Sunshine after the storm
I stayed at the Sunshine Cottage with my parents and my son for 4 days in the beginning of June,it was a necessary trip and I booked the house to make it a little more fun and even with the weather no cooperating we still managed to have one day in the sun!
All I can say is that the house is clean,cozy has everything you can think you will need!,great location! Close to the beach and many shops! But to me what made it more pleasant was the treatment and help I got from the property manager Sherry! Very professional and friendly! I’m looking forward to book it again!

Wonderful Home, Location, and Owners
Excellent property! Extremely clean, house even cuter than the pictures! Prompt and friendly communication with owners as well as great recommendations on places to go. Easy walk to everything. My only 4 star would be location to the beach. It is an easy walk, but can be tricky if you have a wagon you want to fill with a cooler, chairs, and umbrella. Would definitely stay again!
