We had a group of 8 and the house fit everyone nicely! Having the extra living room upstairs was great for taking a break. The location was walking distance to the beach and the canal was perfect for paddle boarding. The town is very cute with excellent food. We will definitely be back.

Indian rocks is a beautiful area and the house is in a good location to the beach.

This home is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room, very clean, and well maintained with modern decor. It's a nice place away from the noise but yet close enough to enjoy the gorgeous beach! Very convenient location.

We had a marvelous time at this VRBO. We loved the location and the easy walk to the beach. The wagon, beach chairs and cooler were perfect to walk to the beach with. We did replace 2 umbrellas as they easily break in the wind. We hope these new ones hold up for the next renters. The beds were very comfortable and the evenings very quiet making it easy to sleep soundly. We would love to come back!

The pool is very small and was dirty upon arrival. There were roaches and mouse feces found throughout the inside of the home. We canceled our stay and requested our money back. Turnkey was receptive and easy to work with. I would rent a property from turnkey because of their communication. I would not rent this property.

We enjoyed staying here on our visit to IRB. The house was perfect for 2 families and we really enjoyed the pool. The beach was a 4 minute walk and the house had everything we needed for trips to the beach-wagon, umbrellas, chairs and sand toys but no cooler though. We grilled out one night and a little better grill would have been nice. The kids enjoyed the Kooky Coconut next to the beach everyday! We loved the area and the beach-way more low key and not as crowded as other beaches near by.

The house was well equipped for family dinners, within walking distance of the beach and has a private pool. The pool is quite small but very refreshing. If traveling with small children, be mindful the dock is exposed to the water. All 10 adults watched the 11mo old like a hawk until we invested in a play pen for our trip. The house comes with extras like a baby seat and pack n play plus bunk beds and video games for the older kids. Great location, beautiful views, comfy beds!

The living spaces in this house are very spacious and were great for our party of 7 teens and adults. The pool is very small, which is hard to see from the pictures, but served our purposes for the week. There were only 2 lounge chairs In the outside area, but we improvised and used some of the beach chairs provided. An outdoor dining table would be great outside as well. Being on the bay was great, with a beautiful view, but the water level fluctuates significantly, so it was hard to put in paddle boards we had brought - maybe a ladder or loading steps could be added. The sunroom was a nice option! The upstairs living space had a musty smell, most likely from the carpet getting wet and needing replaced. The rental could use more washcloths, dish rags and some mixing bowls in the kitchen for use by guests. The walk to the beach was about 2 blocks, with beach chairs, games and accessories provided in the front closet - the wagon provided was great for transporting beach chairs. Overall, this is a great rental in a great location, with beautiful, peaceful views of the bay. It could just use some updates and additional stocking of basics for use.

Since one of the full bathrooms is in the master suite, the other 6 guests only have the other full bathroom for showering needs, although there is an additional half bathroom. The upper family room is a great space, but unfortunately we had some technical issues with that TV, so we spent most of our indoor time in the lower (smaller) living room. Two of my younger siblings are tech-savvy millennials, and they were not able to troubleshoot the TV either. The grill was not clean, not in good overall condition, and we had to get our own propane. The property was nicely stocked with starter toiletries, cleaning supplies, and basic dry kitchen goods. We would suggest having more dishes and serving bowls/platters so as not to have to run the (very slow) dishwasher constantly. With some attention to these minor above issues, this could be a 5-star experience. All said, we had a great time and would consider staying here again.

Tons of beach stuff. Could use more wash cloths. We had three children ages 14, 12 and 12. The bunk room worked well for two of them. Beds were very nice, two living rooms was perfect, and although the pool was small, it was very nice and we spent lots of time in it. Overall we loved this place and would definitely recommend it! There’s an ice cream place in the corner and many restaurants to choose from. Favorites were Guppy’s and TJ’s Italian. Any family would be happy vacationing in this area and home.

The pool was terrific and warm and there was lots of pool and beach supplies and it’s a easy walk. We spent a lot of time on the dock and there are 2 fishing poles in the house and we brought some of our own gear as well. We went on line and bought a license. My son and I had a lot of fun fishing right off the dock! One of my favorite things about this place is the area. It’s a close walk to shopping and dining....as well as just a few blocks to the beach. the neighbors don’t seem very tolerant of noise. No noise is not supposed to reach the neighbors house which is literally feet from the pool even during the day. Beautiful stay !

The house was exactly as described - wonderful beach accessories. The pool and dock area were perfect for fishing and relaxing after a short walk to the beach. The house layout accommodated our family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) with plenty of space. A must rent if you are staying in Indian Rocks Beach

Just a couple blocks walk to the beach; easy to walk back and forth if needed to grab a snack and not have to drag back all the beach gear. Kookie coconut is a must for lunch on the beach. It was more like staying at a luxury hotel. Everything we needed was provided. The house was very clean with plenty of room for our group. The views from the back are wonderful. Lots of wildlife and we even saw a dolphin in the canal. We definitely want to stay again.
