I look for this hotel every time I pass by. The reason is that Friendly staff and cleanly maintained rooms and Because it is located in a place that is easy to find.

Nice location, good layout of the condo - glad didn't have bunk beds (hard to find), coffee, nice chairs. Some opportunities for improvement: Was not aware there were no screens in the windows - had to use large noisy a/c units - would rather just open windows, since so cool at night. No ice cub trays, had to buy ice. Couldn't really use streaming services on TVs because the internet isn't strong enough. Could use some dressers for clothes.

In an effort to provide A/C, very loud swamp coolers were placed in all of the rooms… the vent pipes from these units needed to connect to outside but they did not fit cleanly into the window screens so the window screens gaped open. Also, we found these units with the electrical cords draped across and in the swamp cooler’s open water reservoir- a clear fire hazard. Additionally, I believe the towels were clean but they were badly stained so they looked really dirty. When I called the property manager to get clean towels, he told me to look for other towels in the property that looked cleaner. All-in-all, we were not impressed by this property.

Great location, pool and hot tubs. It was hot when we were there so air conditioning units were in every room. Everything was there, nothing missed.

I stayed at this VRBO for 5 nights with 4 other adults and 2 children. The location was great with easy access to Banff National Park. Park passes were included in our stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. However, everyone in our group wished for softer pillows. Additionally, we would have loved some dressers to allow us to unpack our suitcases. The air conditioner units were attached to the window and didn’t allow us to close the blinds all the way. This was not only inconvenient because the sun woke us up early in the mornings, but it was also a privacy concern since our window faced the street/sidewalk. The air conditioner units were also incredibly loud when on the auto setting. When we arrived, the condo was clean enough on the surface but we found stains and hairs on numerous towels and linens. There was also no liner in the showers so the cloth shower curtain ended up soaking wet after every shower. We had trouble operating the washing machine, oven, tvs, and coffee maker during our stay there. We communicated with the property management team and they offered to have someone come and reclean but we did not feel comfortable with this option. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you aren’t spending a lot of time at the condo. Just know that the pictures included in the listing are bit misleading in terms of the luxury.
