Wow awesome place to stay On the beach and the view is awesome Will definitely be back….Robbie was awesome and went above and beyond

The house was perfect on the beach, we enjoyed it a lot and so close to stores for necessary things. This was a perfect spot for us. We did a lot swimming, sun bathing, beach time and relaxation! We loved it and highly recommend it! We also enjoyed our time with the kids and here are a few recommendations: Ecological Marine Adventure, Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital Treatment Center (need researvations ahead of time- limited) and we did a lot of ghost crab hunting (lots in the evenings).

We had a lovely stay Catch a View! It was so nice to wake up, walk off the deck and set up camp for the day easily with small children and our dog. The house has everything you need and some for a wonderful family vacation. Well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and extras. We have small children so the tv was on some of the time and it was so great to be able to watch tv with the littles in the evening and look out at the ocean. The deck is perfect as well… I could sit on the deck and watch everyone on the beach while my son napped. Very dog friendly beach too which I loved. Great place to stay, book it!

The location of the house is at the end of a street so there is no traffic flow by the house. Surrounded by single family houses. Beach area is not crowded. Just great. The oceanfront porch is not huge but not tiny either. We had 3 people in our group so plenty of room. View of the beach is not blocked by anything. Porch furniture was nice. Inside the house I loved the ceramic floors. Easy to clean up sand. Kitchen was adequate. Bathrooms were adequate with good shelving for personal items. Shower in bedroom/bath is small. Preferred the tub/shower in shared bathroom. Plenty of towels, washcloths, hand towels. Weather was hot and humid and air conditioner kept the house cool. Will definitely stay here again!!

Our family (& senior beagle) had a perfect week at Catch a View. It was easy to check in & out, communication with property owner was wonderful, the house was clean and STEPS away from the beach! Big windows (for amazing views), generous patio area / seating when we wanted to sit outside but ‘done’ lounging in the sun for the day. Location in general was great too! Close to all our fav restaurants (including Shaka Taco) & easy access for those that like to run/walk on pavement. It really had it all! Thank you ‘Catch a View’ for a wonderful vacation!

Easy check in process. Found the property to be very clean. Owners were easy to get ahold of if needed and responsive. Great location. Quieter area of the beach. Property has most everything you would need. Only suggestion would be to bring your own beach towels. Plan on staying here again❤️

The location was perfect, the house was clean and Robbie was super responsive. We loved waking up and being right on the beach to see the sunrise. We had great weather so we barely left the house. Everything we needed was right there.

We had such an amazing time staying at this home!! Great find and it was our first time to North Top Sail. Robbie was easy to work with and answered any question promptly. Can’t go wrong with this gem!!

We really enjoyed this place. The location was perfect and right on the beach. The house was clean and had everything you needed from laundry detergent to plenty of towels and everything in between. We loved that it had a washer/dryer with the place. The views were fantastic!!!

This is the perfect place for a couple, small group, or family of 5-6. It's a classic NC Beach House, nothing fancy, but it's clean, quaint, has everything you need and best of all - it's right on the beach for a very reasonable price. It has great living spaces, a fantastic deck - plenty of shade and sun. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would love to go back sometime.

some family & i stayed here for a weekend . we absolutely loved the place . it’s nothing fancy but it has everything you need . kitchen is stocked , there’s extra pillows & blankets . place was also very clean . beds were a little hard but that’s not a big issue . owner even messaged us & gave us recommendations to places in the area . which we liked cause we haven’t been here in years . we loved the place & we will be back !

We enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The view was unforgettable and accessibility to the beach was amazing. Our young children (all 4 and under) enjoyed being able to just walk out the door to play on the beach. Robbie was the most responsive owner we have ever rented for questions. He was able to assist us with recommendations for places to eat. We will definitely be back!

We needed a place for a quick beach getaway and this was exactly what we needed. The house is a cute, located on a quiet street and kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, a Keurig, coffee pot -- everything we needed for the weekend. The best part was the amazing view and the spacious deck overlooking the beach. Robbie is a very responsive host and provided great restaurant recommendations.

Our first VRBO and we could not have picked a better place. The moment we walked in we were relaxed. Well supplied host, great location and the views, even on a little cloudy day were fantastic. Communkcation with host was great, and if available we will return! Just loved the place.

Our family needed a getaway but could only manage a trip for a couple of days. Catch a View was just what we needed and definitely lived up to it name. Our family had such a great time sitting on the deck and walking the beach. It was so nice to walk off the porch directly onto the beach. The house was cozy and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked and the hosts were easily accessible. Excellent rental!

The place is perfect for 2-4 people. Comfortable, clean, and close to amenities. The back porch is the star of the show. Beautiful views of the sunrise, wide beach, a great place for coffee or a cocktail.

Our recent stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The house had everything we needed. Being right on the beach and having the deck to sit and watch the sunrise and waves was the perfect setting. We would do it again!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here with our dogs. We had everything we needed at this beach front property to be comfortable. The air worked great, the kitchen stocked with what we needed to cook, and some great deck chairs to watch the million dollar sunsets. The furniture was great, towels were stocked, the owner gave us some cool local recommendations. It felt very private and secure. Can't wait to come back!

We were celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary and wanted a place on the beach for a few days. We were not disappointed, the views from the porch were incredible. It was so nice just to walk down the steps onto the beach. The beach is fabulous if you like to search for shells, as we found so many. The house is a little older, but nicely and neatly kept. It was perfect for just the two of us. If you wanted to cook, there were plenty of utensils, pots, pans and dishes. The owner kept in touch and gave us food suggestions, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this house and will be back.

We have a family-owned business & needed a quick getaway to decompress. "Catch a View" was absolutely perfect. It was exactly as advertised. The hosts have thought of everything you might need, even if you are a family with small ones, I found a highchair & a porta-crib on site. The location & view are stellar. We usually go to Shell Island Resort, but I think this will be our new regular getaway. The hosts were in unobtrusive contact the whole time, letting us know if we needed anything they were available to help. It was just an all-around great experience.

We had a wonderful few days, the weather was great! We stayed outside most of the time, the house was clean and neat. The kitchen was not well appointed at all. There was only a few pots and pans so we went out and ate left overs most of the time. Overall, it was comfortable.

My family loved this property! It’s a perfect location and a gorgeous view. The deck is beautiful and perfect for relaxing on while watching the kids play on the beach. You can’t get any closer to the beach! The house has everything you need. The host is the best I’ve ever dealt with throughout all of my travels. The host is Very responsive and ensures everything is ok - which puts you at ease while traveling with your family. We got lucky and had a marked sea turtle nest right next to the house- we all thought that was very cool. This property is great for a couple wanting to relax or a family looking for some fun. My kids loved it! There is plenty of seating (inside and out!) and a nice big kitchen table. The bedrooms are comfy and the bathrooms are good. The shower on the deck outside is a big bonus too. We will definitely book again.

We had a very enjoyable vacation. the location of the property was wonderful, your deck had a very short walk to the beach which was very well kept and clean. The property lived up to the reviews and expectations of being very clean, and in good repair. This is definitely a property that we would return to for future vacations on Topsail Island

Meet family almost in the middle. They are from north and us from the south to celebrate a 50th birthday on the beach. Had a wonderful time. Quiet laid back town and the relaxing sounds of the ocean. Robbie was very accommodating and checked on with us to see if there were any issues or if we needed anything. House was very clean. Thank you for a awesome vacation.

The owner was very helpful when contacted; would respond within minutes. Upon arrival , house was found to be very CLEAN and sits right on beach—- just step off deck onto beach! Perfect place for a family vacation! House had every amenity that a family would need! We will book this property for all future trips to Topsail!
