Very Welcoming
My family, friends and I rented both cabins for the New Year celebration. Upon arriving, it was so warm and welcoming to see the beautiful Christmas trees in the corner spaces for everyone to enjoy! The cabins were clean. The beds were comfomfortable. I did need to contact the manager to report the heater was not working in Cabin 1. The HVAC contractor arrived within an hour to repair it. We also appreciated the hot tubs and large closet space upstairs! The location is wonderful! Very close to Dollywood. We enjoyed hearing the train. The cabin is very close(within minutes) to the action and grocery stores as well as a pizza and store located at the entrance. Our experience was very satisfactory!

Cabins were very clean. Nice furniture, newer appliances. No complaints. Very close to all attractions. Will be planning on going back next year

Tennessee Getaway
We had a great time and enjoyed the cabin. It was great to have both units. The kitchen could use a few more pans. We loved how clean the cabin was when we arrived. We did have one small issue and it was address quickly by management. The location was great. We would definitely stay again.

We rented this cabin for a family vacation. The cabin itself was nice but it was not clean. The sheets were covered with hair and black and brown stains. There was a bunk bed in the large upstairs bedroom but that also had multiple red stains on the sheets - which was horrifying. Some of the towels were stained. The kitchen towel in 1 unit had a large wad of hair folded into it. The shower curtain in one unit had stains half way up it. We had small kids who went barefoot the first night until we noticed how filthy their feet were from the floors. They advertised a community pool -which was green and had rocks and litter in it. The kitchens are not very well stocked either. All in all - the cabins were in a great location, had ample room but we would not stay there again because of the cleanliness. We paid good money to stay there and if I remember correctly there was a cleaning fee - Although I’m not sure why.

Perfect location near all the activity, but far enough away to feel like a retreat. Parking and unloading was easy right in front of the cabins. New appliances and TV's in every room. Quick mart and pizza restaurant right next door. We could hear the Dollywood train whistle!

Perfect location near all the activity, but far enough away to feel like a retreat. Parking and unloading was easy right in front of the cabins. New appliances and TV`s in every room.
