What a wonderful, hidden gem! This home was so spacious that we each felt as if we had our own private area, but with multiple common areas to gather in, there were many options for together time as well! My son became quite the dart shark, and we all loved the oversized pool with lush, tropical landscaping! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home !

We are so glad we stayed here. This home was clean, well-stocked, and full of fun activities. We loved getting to bike through the neighborhood to the beach. The owners are also nice and accommodating. Definitely would recommend.

The house was immaculate!! The furniture was great, pool area was so gorgeous and relaxing with awesome landscaping, tons of pool toys, beds were comfy and everything you could think of was available!!! Lots of little extras ie. pool towels, tons of bath towels, full size shampoo and shower gels, spices, and even feminine products in the drawer!! This place was truly fabulous. Thank you for being so great to rent from. We will definitely be back!!

This was far and away the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. It was immaculate and had everything needed to keep 5 teenagers happy. The kitchen was fully stocked and the location can’t be beat. We will definitely stay here for all of our Florida trips!!

First, let me say we all slept very well on great mattresses - a must for any vacay! Great kitchen, comfortable couches, fun activities and play pool!! Also, accessible to grocery stores. The hosts are fantastic and very responsive!! Highly recommend for families, even older college age young adults.

Everything was as pictured and better! We had a great time with our young family. The house had everything you need! Just show up and enjoy! The hosts were great and had great recommendations.

The house was nice and roomy. Enjoyed the little extras like the bikes, pool floats, beach chairs etc. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. The owners were very responsive to requests and questions. Will definitely consider staying at this property during a future visit.

It was nice to walk in to a place that is as clean, organized and decorated as the posted photos! The beach house is well stocked with linens and towels. We were pleasantly surprised to find some basic fresh foods in the huge refrigerator! The kitchen is also stocked with pots, pans and cutlery. Although the beds are closer to the floor than we are used to they were comfortable. We loved the pool, which is very clean and heated. We spent most days enjoying the beautifully landscaped yard while floating in the pool. The beaches in this area are beautiful !! There are many parks within walking or biking distance. We found the neighborhood to be nice, safe and quiet. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently close. We are looking forward to our next visit to the beach house!

The house was spacious, very clean, well decorated and a joy to stay in. We used the pool daily and rode the bikes. Everything we needed was provided in an organized and gracious manner. Great location, close to the beach with dozens of parks and restaurants. Tied for best vacation stay ever!

We recently stayed at the property with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The layout of the house was perfect for spending family time. The house came equipped with everything that you would need for a beach vacation. Jim and Terri were awesome hosts and extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

The home was absolutely gorgeous and spotless! The house had everything you could possibly need. The owners were wonderful and had open lines of communication from when we booked our stay in May thru our entire stay. The neighborhood was quiet. We were 15 minutes away from Costco and 20 minutes from The Avenue at Viera. I highly recommend this house as the perfect home away from home! Just bring your suitcase and enjoy!

This place was kept in pristine condition and provided so much to do! The heated pool really helped us relax and have fun. The entire house provides a “fun at the beach” vibe which was awesome. The kitchen, living room and gaming area is extremely spacious and open which allows for a lot of people. The grill worked great and had no issues. Everything was perfect! Will definitely be looking up this place for future vacations!

This was a wonderful stay....probably our best find on VRBO so far. The owner's are quick with communication and very detailed. You receive a packet of info before you even get there which literally has everything in it from wifi codes, check-in info, house tips, restaurant and area activity suggestions......EVERYTHING. I'm OCD and get extremely stressed when visiting a place I've never been. Communication and CLEANLINESS are my 2 main reasons for choosing a property. This home is gorgeous and was extremely clean and outfitted with everything you need. The layout was perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 19 and 21.) The pool was the best we've seen (and we live in FL). Spotless and heated. If you have younger kids, there is an alarm on the back patio door to notify you when someone goes out. This home was newly renovated and very clean. When we got there my kids were super excited to play with all the games and of course swim in the pool. The yard was stocked with pool toys and lots of seating. The inside of the house was well stocked… they even had a basket of sun block. Home owners were friendly and easily reached when needed. All in the house was great and it was perfect for our family of five.

My family and I rented this property for a softball tournament. We enjoyed the pool, the games and the house is an open plan which we love. Great location

I can’t say enough positive thing s about this property. We loved the house. The close proximity to the beaches and restaurants was ideal. The house was gorgeous and perfectly set up for a family. Split bedrooms with the living room between the master and the other two bedrooms. So much beach gear in the garage. Wish we would have rented a truck instead of a convertible to haul the kayaks to the river. There were games galore which we utilized on a rainy afternoon we were there. The house was immaculately clean, beds were comfortable, neighborhood felt safe. It felt so home-like it made my girls and I want to live there forever. It was an easy drive to Sanford/Orlando international airport. We would 100% stay again and again.

Jim and Terri's house is probably the best stocked beach house that my family and I have ever stayed at. From bikes to board games to beach toys and kayaks, this house has it all. You can tell that it has been recently renovated. The house truly felt like a home during our stay. Jim and Terri were very responsive and made sure our stay was incredible. We will be staying here again on future trips to the area. Thanks Jim and Terri.

Clean, simple, modern house that checks all the boxes. The owners have done a great job with making sure you have everything you may need. My Family loved our first stay in the Coco beach area and this house was one of the main reasons.

The property is outstanding! It has everything you could need for a relaxing and pampered holiday. It is tastefully decorated and is very modern. Jim was really helpful in answering any questions we had. We would highly recommend this beautiful house and would definitely go back if we visit Florida again.

The renovated house was wonderful. Lots of room with an open layout. It was spotless. The smart lock process was easy. We loved the pool and used it several times each day. What was really different about this house compared to others we have stayed in was how well stocked it was. From the big basket of beach towels to the abundance of cooking appliances to the large array of games, pool toys, bikes, kayaks, etc. Everything was so thought out. We didn’t have kids with us but it would be a super house for children. The only small complaint was the air conditioning couldn’t quite keep up. But it was a very very hot week so that may be nitpicking. Not so sure it was the AC itself but more the vent placement as the living room would get too cold but the bedrooms and other areas were too warm. Again, a small issue in an otherwise wonderful stay!

This house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Super clean and updated. Would definitely stay again.

This house is simply perfect! Exactly as described. Pictures really don’t do it justice. Had everything we needed including beach towels, board games and bikes. We had an awesome week!
